When she came out of the bathroom, she noticed that there were a few missed calls from Naomi.Cindy called her back. Naomi picked up a moment later and said hi.
Cindy chuckled. “What’s with the calls? Are you missing me?”
Naomi sighed. “You haven’t seen the news, have you?”
Cindy stopped smiling right away. I see. Some news about us must have popped up again.
Cindy wasn’t in a hurry though. When she said she hadn’t seen the news, Naomi replied, “Then read itnow. You’re super unlucky to have met that b*tch. She’s one heck of a shameless twat. Her previousscandal taught her nothing. I’m going to give her a piece of my mind.”
Cindy frowned. “Yulia again?”
That was her first suspect. Only three women were involved in scandals with Ian: Sena, Linda, andYulia. Sena and Linda weren’t doing anything, so that left Yulia as the only suspect. novelbin
Naomi snorted. “Just see it for yourself. It’s nothing big, but my god is it disgusting. What a b*tch. I’mgoing to take a shot at her after this. I’ve had all my points edited too. What a b*tch. I’ve never seensomeone like her.”

Cindy laughed. “It happens all the time in this industry. I’m used to it. If I get angry at every little thing,I’d die from a heart attack sooner or later.”
Naomi still couldn’t calm down. “Just read the news, alright? Dang, I have to yell at her, or I’m gonnalose sleep over this.”
Cindy tried to calm her down for a while longer, then she hung up. She too wanted to know what Yuliawas pulling, so she went through the news after she hung up.
Indeed, Yulia was up to no good again, and it was related to Ian, naturally. Yulia did say she knew theexecutive director and the producer.
Cindy knew Yulia’s network was huge, so she wasn’t surprised when the news said Yulia came incontact with the producers for Ian’s show. She just thought Yulia was being too clingy. Yes, girls wouldgo to great lengths sometimes for the guys they liked, and they might feel sad if they realized that hehad a girlfriend, but they wouldn’t keep it up like Yulia did. What Yulia did wasn’t commendable at all;she was just being unreasonable and annoying.
The article didn’t say anything about her and Ian. They just mentioned that Yulia and Ian showed up inthe same place and had a meal with the producers. There was a photo attached, and there were a lotof people in there besides Ian and Yulia. On top of that, they weren’t even sitting near each other.Cindy enlarged the photo and looked at who was sitting beside Ian. It was all men.
Cindy had faith in Ian, but this photo did upset her. After all, Yulia had crossed the line too far foranyone to handle. Cindy went through all the related news before putting her phone down. She wouldhave gone to sleep since Ian was working late, but after seeing the news, she didn’t feel sleepyanymore. She wanted to wait for Ian to come home and ask him what was happening.
