I pursed my lips and looked at him. Then, I got out of the car, picked up a brick from the flower bed, and
handed it to him, "Alright, what I want to do now is to go and beat up those two disgusting and
hypocritical people. I want to let them know how shameless they are, and I want you to spell it out
clearly to Andrea she has no right to touch my man!"
I raised my eyebrows and looked at him as I motioned the brick in my hand to him. "So, will you do it?"
He looked at me with his mouth agape, surprised at what I had said. After a while, he said helplessly,
"Are you sure you want me to do this?"
"Are you saying you can't do it?" I pursed my lips and looked at him.
A tinge of playfulness flashed across his eyes, "How long are you expecting me to be imprisoned for?
Until you can remarry?"
I rolled my eyes at him, turned my head around, and threw the brick back towards the flower bed.
Then, I got in the car.
Seeing that my anger had subsided, he smiled lightly. "What do you want to eat?"
"I'm not hungry!" My appetite was long gone from being angry.
He started the car engine and glanced at me. Then, he said, "I think I haven't gotten enough exercise
recently. I'll be hungry after I return home and get some exercise."
I sat there stunned when I realized what he meant by 'exercise'. I glared at him and said, "Hendrix,
you're shameless."
He kept casting glances at me as he sped through the highway. "I haven't been getting much action as
of late. Arianna, are you trying to make me celibate?"
D*mn, this man was hopeless.
Seeing that I was getting a little mad, he said, "I have been holding myself back since I came back from
Ucrebury. You haven't let me touch you in a long while. Are you trying to suffocate me to death?"novelbin
"Hendrix, are you done?" The sun was still up, yet he was already behaving this way.
When we got back to the villa, he picked me up and went upstairs before I even got out of the car.
Both Minnie and Heather were not around.
In the bedroom.
I shifted my gaze awkwardly, "Hendrix, it's still daytime, please control yourself."
Seeing that he didn't respond to that but slowly approached me instead, I quickly asked, "Would you
like to take a bath?"
He frowned. "What's the matter?"
I pursed my lips and said, "We just got back from the hospital. Might not be a bad idea to take a bath."
The thing was, I was just not aroused yet. If we were to get right down to business, even foreplay from
him would not get me going.
It seemed that he had noticed how I was feeling. He removed my coat, scooped me up in his arms, and
went into the bathroom.
It had been a little chilly in Jarold City since winter arrived. Fortunately, there were heaters at home.
The bathroom was warm when we entered, and it didn't take long for me to start blushing from the
heat.
He put me in the bathtub and then followed me in.
"Stop rejecting me. We're husband and wife, we're supposed to be close and intimate with one another.
No matter what the problem is, we can solve it together. The Moore family issue is not as simple as you
think, but we'll face it together."
His voice was low and very gentle. When he kissed, it was light and soft as well.
I was a little confused. I didn't quite understand what he meant.
After we went at it a few times, I was close to falling on top of Hendrix's body, completely out of breath
and energy.
The next day.
I closed my eyes, feeling sore all over.
Hendrix buckled his belt and gave me a light kiss on my forehead. He reached for my face with his thin
fingers. I knew what he was doing, but I didn't want to move.
After a while, he left the bedroom. I wrapped myself in the blanket, feeling like my soul had left my
body.
I closed my eyes and wanted to go back to sleep, but no matter how hard I tried, I still couldn't doze off.
My entire body was sore, and I didn't feel very comfortable. I then got myself huddled up in the blanket
and started crying.
