Chapter 1713

When we passed by the counter, an old man wearing professional equipment was repairing a watch. He looked focused and did not seem surprisedby our arrival.

As for Irvin, he ignored the old man and walked straight into a room in the back. His strides were so long that I had to run to catch up to him.

After walking around the room filled with all kinds of clocks, we finally reached another room. Shelves of red wine were placed on both sides, and aEuropean-style velvet sofa was placed in the middle of the room, making it look very stylish.

Irvin walked to the wine rack and took out one of the bottles. It felt like the air stopped for a moment. Then, suddenly, the wall in front of me movedslowly to one side, revealing a door that seemed to lead to a secret chamber.

I looked at the scene with my mouth agape. It turned out that the bottles of red wine were not for display but instead acted as a key to open a secrettunnel.

There were two wine racks and several hundred bottles of wine. Even if you tried them one by one, it would take hundreds of times to find the correctbottle. What's more, who would pay attention to these things at first glance?

"Come with me." Irvin had already walked in while I was in a daze. I was surprised and quickly sprinted over to catch up with him. As I passed by theliving room, I stole a glance at the bottle of red wine.

Although Irvin had been quick to act, I could still remember the general direction of the wine bottle he grabbed. So if I had the opportunity to comeback, at least I had a vague idea of how to open this secret door.

I thought I would see my child immediately, but after entering, I saw an underground factory.

We were suddenly standing on the second floor of this factory. Below us were workers in silver protective suits operating the assembly line, and therewere many bottles and cans on the conveyor belt. Because it was too far away, I couldn't make out what kind of product it was.

"This way."

Irvin's voice brought me back to reality. Curious as to where he was leading me, I followed him.

Finally, after turning a few corners, I heard the cry of a baby from a distance

Just as I was getting excited, I noticed something was wrong.

There was crying, but it didn't seem to be just one child.

The closer we got, the more sounds we could hear. I was certain that there was more than one child here

Sure enough, when Irvin opened the door, my guess was right.

I felt humiliated and gnashed my teeth in anger. "You know that's not what I mean. I want to see my own son. None of them is my son.”

"Ha." Irvin sneered and walked in,teasing the babies as he passed. NyFinally, he said calmly, "Every childhere is separated from their mother.Content belongs to NovelDrama.Org

Arianna, I'll give you a chance now. Choose one, and you can bring that child with you. Then, I'll let you go. What do you think?"

"Let me go?" I didn't believe he would be so kind. "What are your conditions?”
