Jovie began to hiccup, and Liam immediately patted her back reassuringly. "Don't be scared, Jovie.Dad is here, and nothing bad will happen to us! Don't worry!"
Wasyl sneered. It was playing out exactly the way he had planned it. He pointed at Liam, Celena,and Jovie, then shouted, "Guards! Lock them up! They're trying to commit fraud, but we won't letthem get away with this!"
All of a sudden, heavy boot-clad footsteps sounded, and four soldiers with guns appeared in front ofthem, all pointing their barrels straight at Liam.

The man leading the team was a Second Class Sergeant in a military green suit. He stared coldly atLiam, then snatched the two different invitations out of Wasyl's hand and scrutinized them.
"How dare you attempt to sneak into this sacred venue with a fake invitation? This is fraud at itshighest degree!" the sergeant barked after checking the two invitations.
The Stones were all so frightened that they felt their knees go weak. It was all Liam's fault! Theywould not have gotten their hands on fake invitations if it were not for Liam! What were they going todo?
"Damn it! How are we going to get out of this? We're certainly going to get punished, and perhapswe'll even have to serve the death penalty for this! It's all that wretched Liam's fault!"
"How dare he lie to us and get us in this pickle? If it were not for his greed and vanity, we would nothave gotten our hands on fake invitations at all!"
"Men, seize them! Then begin a check on all the guests and their invitations to make sure no onesnuck in with the same fakes! Lock them up if they do!" the sergeant ordered.
The Stones, who all possessed the same invitations, all groaned and immediately tried to defendthemselves. "Sergeant, this isn't our fault! We've all been tricked by Liam! Please don't capture us!"
"Sergeant, we had nothing to do with this. It's all Liam's doing, and I had no idea the invitations werefake. We would never have dared to commit such a heinous crime!"
"Please don't arrest us. We're all innocent. Liam should be arrested instead! He's the mastermindbehind all this!"
"Liam! Celena! These are all your faults! How can you lie to us? Are you not going to rest until yousee all of us rotting in jail as a result of your actions? It's all your fault! You should be punished forthis! I hope you rot in jail!"
The Stones all turned to stare daggers at Liam and Celena. They wanted nothing more than to skinboth Liam and Celena alive at this point!
Yafe was so outraged that his entire body began to shake. He had always been an arrogant andrather egoistic person. Although he was the head of the family, he was not willing to bearresponsibility and instead assigned all the blame to Celena!
He still felt humiliated by what happened in the past. Since Celena was his daughter, everything shedid was a reflection of him, so he could not but feel utterly humiliated by this. He finally could notstand everyone's contemptuous gaze on him anymore and turned to Celena. "Celena! You are acurse to this family! When are you going to stop humiliating us? We have become the laughingstockof the town again because of you! What are you doing here anyway? You should kill yourself!"
