Chapter 792

“Did you not anticipate her death when your car collided with her?

“Did you ever consider her mortality when you subjected her to repeated abuse?

“Did you believe she wouldn’t experience pain, despair, or lose hope in life?”

With each word Kevin uttered, Bradley appeared increasingly affected.

At that moment, Kevin felt that his words had not been severe enough. What he had said fell short ofconveying the profound wickedness of Bradley’s actions.

“Bradley! You bear the responsibility for Esther’s life!

“You owe Esther an apology and two daughters!

“If you hadn’t instructed Cole to take the children from the prison hospital back then, Esther’s lifewouldn’t have been in this dire state!

“She’s gone now, and you drove her to her demise! She didn’t even know where her two daughters are!Can you truly be at peace with your conscience?”

Jasper showed no sympathy for Bradley and weakly said, “Kevin, do you think confronting him like thisis productive?

“He will never reflect on his actions. He will merely shift all the blame onto others and convince himselfthat Esther wouldn’t have died if we hadn’t saved her!

“Don’t you see, Kevin? Bradley will never accept responsibility. It’s always someone else’s fault!”

Bradley’s heart felt like it had been ripped open, and a cold wind cut through the wound. The blood onthe wound’s edges quickly froze as the chilling wind passed.

He was in excruciating pain. His entire body throbbed, and his temples pulsed relentlessly. Despite theagony, he continued to move toward Esther’s lifeless body, hoping to believe that what he saw was anillusion.

With every step, it felt as if he was walking on a razor’s edge.

“Jasper, you…” Bradley gazed at Jasper in disbelief, asking, “Did you hide Esther?!”

Jasper covered his face with his hands, unable to look at the figure in the coffin. “Bradley, I wish I hadsupernatural abilities, but I don’t. You took Esther away. I had no power to save her. How could Iorchestrate such a plan?”

Kevin, who had never expected Bradley to ask this question, mocked, “Bradley, when you crashed intothat car, did you not realize that Esther was inside?

“Now you wish the deceased wasn’t her. Does that mean you regret your actions?

“It’s too late! Esther is gone!

“Bradley, you’ve taken Esther’s life three times.

“The first time, you strangled her love for you.

“The second time, you killed her spirit.

“This time, you’ve taken Esther herself.

“Bradley, you’ve always resented Esther and wished for her to die as retribution for her sins. Well, congratulations! You got your wish! She’s gone forever!”novelbin
