Chapter 783

“Mr. Searle, I don’t quite get what you’re saying,” Mandy said, gently pushing aside the stray strands ofhair that fell on her forehead. “And, this is the women’s restroom. Do you have some kind of fetish?”

“Ms. Pendleton, if you help us rescue Esther, I’ll give you 15,000,000 dollars,” Jasper offered.

Mandy feigned ignorance, shaking her head. “Mr. Searle, don’t you know that Mr. Quill brought peopleto search Warner Manor but couldn’t find Esther inside?”

Why would she involve herself with a lunatic like Bradley for just 15,000,000 dollars? No way!

Bradley and Esther were her enemies. She would let Bradley continue tormenting Esther, and shewould eventually deal with Bradley herself. If she could manage to become Mrs. Warner before hepassed, the Warner Group would be hers. What was 15,000,000 dollars worth in comparison?

“Ms. Pendleton, you know very well she’s there,” Jasper said.

Mandy raised an eyebrow. “I don’t.”

Why would she cooperate with Jasper and his group to rescue Esther? What was in it for her?novelbin

“Mr. Searle, please leave. Thank you.”

Jasper took one last long look at Mandy before finally leaving the women’s restroom.

Mandy walked up to the mirror, checked her reflection, and touched up her makeup before returning toher booth.

The booth was filled with various women, all in different shapes and sizes, like a selection of models.

Bradley continued to work on his tablet, paying no attention to the women trying to impress him.

Mandy approached the edge of the booth and gently knocked, saying in a deep voice, “Ladies, makeway!”

One of the women blocking Mandy’s path understood and said, “Line up, everyone. Line up!”

“Bradley,” Mandy called out to him.

Bradley looked up, raised an eyebrow, and threw a glass, causing the other women in the booth to palein fright.

Mandy looked at him in disgust and said softly, “Bradley, it seems like this place isn’t suitable for you.Let’s go home.”

Bradley looked at her mockingly, sending a shiver down her spine. “Who did you just meet?”

Mandy opened the recording on her phone and handed it to Bradley.

Bradley listened to her conversation with Jasper. He wasn’t surprised that Jasper would approachMandy at the bar, but her reaction took him aback.

“Good, it’s deserving of a reward!” he said.

“Thank you.”

Bradley and Mandy wouldn’t stay at the bar for long, so they quietly enjoyed their drinks.

At Warner Manor.

Kevin arrived and contacted Jasper through his earpiece. “Jasper, can you hear me?”

Jasper replied hoarsely, “Yes.”

Kevin was somewhat nervous. “Is this working? Mr. Quill just came, but they didn’t find Esther. What ifBradley didn’t actually hide her here?”

“Didn’t you say Bradley built a secret room?” Jasper sat on the second-floor booth and reminded,“Kevin, time is running out. Find Esther and get her out of there as soon as possible.”

Kevin took a deep breath. “Alright.”

He was familiar with Warner Manor but didn’t know its secrets. ‘If only Clark were awake… He knowsthe place well,’ he thought.

Kevin asked a maid to guide him to Bradley’s bedroom.

“Jasper, you must keep an eye on Bradley. Let me know in time if he comes back,” Kevin whispered.

Jasper took a sip from his glass and snapped, “Cut the chatter! Get to work!”

“This is so unfair. You’re enjoying a drink at the bar while I’m risking my life here. If Bradley discoversthat I’m plotting behind his back, he’ll surely kill me!”
