Chapter 724

“Yes.”novelbin

Agatha pondered Esther’s situation over the years and realized she had never had anyone to protecther. Confirming Esther’s identity would make Bradley think twice about mistreating her, as he had donebefore.

“Then, let’s go ahead with the DNA test.”

Agatha personally gathered samples from Oliver and Esther and sent them to the laboratory foranalysis. She took care not to use their real names for this DNA test, following the standard procedurewithout any special arrangements.

While Agatha and Oliver awaited the DNA test results, Bradley had arranged for various experts to visitthe private hospital under the Warner Group. A child psychologist diagnosed Felix’s condition, concluding that he was experiencing psychogenic mutism.

“Does this mean my son won’t be able to speak from now on?” Upon hearing the diagnosis, Bradley’sdemeanor changed dramatically, and he glared at the high-priced specialist he had hired.

“Mr. Warner, it’s psychogenic mutism, a temporary speech loss due to psychological causes. With theright treatment, all problems can be resolved.”

Bradley’s eyes sparkled with hope. “Then, provide the correct treatment.”

The child psychologist said, “I’m sorry, but I can’t help.”

Before Bradley could react, Kevin asked, “Aren’t you a psychologist? Why can’t you assist?”

“Your son strongly resists me and my treatment. Even though I’m a child psychologist, I can’t helpsomeone who doesn’t trust me. Psychological issues can be complex, and I suggest you find atherapist your son feels comfortable with.”

Several more psychology experts reached the same conclusion.

Bradley, barely holding himself together, felt the urge to throw these incompetent individuals into shark-infested waters.

“Bradley, if these psychologists can’t assist, our best option may be to seek help from Xara,” Kevinsuggested.

Xara was a professional psychologist whom Felix trusted, making her treatment likely to be moreeffective.

“Let’s postpone this discussion for later.”

Bradley concealed his turbulent emotions and coldly glanced at Felix, who refused to communicatewith him.

As he attempted to approach Felix, Kevin blocked his path.

“Bradley.”

“Step aside,” Bradley commanded.

Kevin sternly reminded him, “Have you forgotten why Felix became ill? It’s because of you! You’vebeen continuously mistreating his mother in his presence. Do you understand how traumatic that is for

someone so young?

“If you persist in this manner… If you continue to torture Esther until she can’t bear it any longer andFelix goes insane because of you, will you be content?”

“Step aside!”

Kevin refused to yield.

Bradley pushed Kevin aside, causing him to stumble.

“Felix, stop pretending to be mute! I’ll give you until the count of three. If you persist in this pretense, I’llseparate you from your mother, and you’ll never see her again.”
