Chawick barked, “I killed your father with my own hands! I had your mother killed by someone! And asfor you… Do you really believe I am your savior?”
Chadwick gazed at Jolene with pity and added, “End the pregnancy, go to college, and lead a normallife.”

Selene’s vision dimmed for a moment. She steadied herself and asked hoarsely, “When did you findout?”
“My brother just received this information,” Oliver reassured her. “Selene, don’t be too devastated. We’llfind your child together.”
“My child… is not Chadwick?” she asked.

Oliver fell silent.

“Oh, and I just checked the surveillance. Bradley took Esther!” Selene frowned. “Was this also part ofyour plan?”
Oliver admitted, “Bringing down the Pendletons was part of the plan, but… Bradley taking Esther wasnot.”
Selene didn’t seem bothered. “Understood. If you have any information about my child, please informme.”
“Alright.”
