Chapter 242

Chapter 242

Esther teetered on the brink of death after ingesting a large amount of seawater.

Bradley pressed against her chest, forcing the water out.

When Esther opened her eyes and saw Bradley’s handsome face, it felt like a nightmare. She fiercelybit down on his arm in a surge of pent-up anger.

She hated him.

She loathed him.

They were two people from completely different worlds, never meant to intersect.

It was her fault.

She had foolishly pursued an impossible love.

It was her fault.

She had been too greedy, hoping that Bradley would leave his past behind and become a true familywith her and Felix.

But it was all a foolish fantasy.

Bradley didn’t resist as Esther bit his arm. She continued biting until the taste of blood made hernauseous. Wiping the blood from her lips with the back of her hand, she laughed maniacally and said,“Bradley, you better pray that nothing happens to Felix.”

Bradley’s eyes darkened as he looked at Esther. In his turmoil, his words pierced her heart like knives.

“Esther, deep down, you know you are responsible for all this.

“You played the amnesia card!

“You brought Felix to the wedding!

“You caused Felix to be kidnapped!

“Don’t think you can absolve yourself by blaming me! I’m telling you, I’ll settle the debt between usslowly.”

Bradley glared coldly at Esther and instructed the other bodyguards, “Take her back to the Warners.”

“No…” Esther refused to leave.

Her son was missing.

How could she leave?

She would never leave!

Bradley couldn’t allow Esther to stay any longer. Her actions in the sea revealed her desire for death.

But she had no right to die. Without his permission, how dare she?

Her life was under Bradley’s control. Whether she lived or died was up to him.

The bodyguards hesitated to act forcefully, considering Esther’s status.

Bradley approached her, and she desperately reached out to grab his hand, pleading urgently, ”Bradley, the most important thing now is to find Felix… He’s our son-”

Before Esther could finish her sentence, Bradley swiftly struck her neck with a hand chop.

Esther went limp in his arms. He turned to the female bodyguards and said, “You let her escape at thehospital last time! If she escapes again this time…”

The female bodyguards remained silent.novelbin

“Take her away.”

The female bodyguards carried Esther onto a helicopter. Amidst the roaring sound of the helicopter, she left the sea where Felix had disappeared.

With a terrifying expression, Bradley stared at the area where Felix had fallen into the sea. After a longsilence, he told the nearby bodyguards, “Inform the maritime bureau and offer a substantial reward tonearby civilian ships to keep an eye on the sea for any news of Felix.”
