Chapter 501 Agree To Change Groups
Hearing this, Rosalie snapped back to her senses and subconsciously retorted, “You misunderstand.I’m just acquainted with President Lawrence; we don’t know each other well.”
The woman raised her brow slightly and tentatively asked her, “Since this is the case, can you switchgroups with me?”
If Rosalie agreed, she could team up with Byron just as she wanted.
Regardless of her being able to get into the Lawrences ’ good graces or not, she would also besatisfied with just acting in a fairy tale love with a man like Byron.
Rosalie’s heart thumped slightly, but then she thought of the principal’s words and hesitantly asked her,“Can we still change our groups now?”
Seeing that she wanted to agree, the woman nodded quickly. “If both of US are willing, what otherproblems are there? Let’s go inform Miss Leigh Ann and that should be fine.”
Hearing this, Rosalie nodded slightly, and she held onto hope in her heart.
The principal mentioned that the grouping could not be changed because the process of coordinatingthe parents would be very troublesome.
Now that one of the parents had taken the initiative to change groups with her, the principal and MissLeigh Ann should have no reason to refuse.
Both of them went back to their seats after they were done discussing and waited for Miss Leigh Ann tocome in before going to speak with her.
Rosalie was led to her seat by the boys. Seeing the person sitting next to her, her expression froze.
It was the first time she learned that the boys’ seats were actually next to Estie.
Which also meant that she could only sit beside Byron.
“Mommy.” The boys urged cautiously when they noticed Rosalie’s delay in taking her seat.
Rosalie came back to her senses. She smiled reluctantly at the boys and sat down stiffly in their place.
“Miss Jacobs is really popular.” The man beside him said in a vague manner.
Hearing this, Rosalie frowned slightly and turned to meet his gaze with confusion.
Byron’s lower lip tugged. “I do wonder when did Miss Jacobs develop such a good relationship with theparents in the class.”
He glanced at the woman who was talking to Rosalie just now as he said that with a blank expression.
Met with his gaze, the woman’s face turned slightly red.
Byron frowned with displeasure and looked away coldly.
Rosalie smiled indifferently. “If President Lawrence is referring to the lady just now, then she is yourblessing.”
Hearing this, Byron’s gaze darkened but asked no further questions.
At the entrance of the classroom, Miss Leigh Ann was accompanying the last parent who arrived in.
Watching the parent take their seat, Miss Leigh Ann did a head count of the people in the classroom.
Seeing that everyone was here, she smiled and said, ” Since everyone is here, let’s discuss the stageplay script.”
Rosalie got up before everyone spoke. “Miss Leigh Ann, I would like to switch groups with Mrs.Cooper.”
There was silence in the classroom after she said that.
They could not figure out why she did not want such a good partner like Byron and wanted to switchgroups with someone else instead.
Miss Leigh Ann, on the other hand, looked at Byron subconsciously, wanting to ask his opinion.
Byron frowned. There was thin anger in his eyes.
Even Estie looked aggrieved.
