Chapter 1991

Andrius pondered, yet he did not know how to respond.

He shook his head and looked at Byron and Rosalie in a puzzle. “Byron, Rosalie, do I look differentnow? Why don’t I see it? At most, I only feel like I’ve changed my dressing style.”

That answer made Rosalie and Byron feel that Andrius might not have changed. He was still asstraightforward and as much of a blockhead as before.

Of course, Rosalie noticed her best friend’s passionate secret glances at Andrius.

Her eyes were sparkling as though she was looking at her favorite food.

Andrius returned to his car and took the herbs from it.

Byron nodded and smiled in appreciation. “Thank you.”

Rosalie saw that those medicinal materials seemed expensive. Some were even so precious that theycould not be bought with money.

“These are all suitable for pregnant women. Looks like my bestie must have suggested these?” Rosalielooked at Mary.

Although Andrius might be familiar with the origins and price of the medicinal materials, he might notknow their exact usage.

This time, Mary admitted readily. “Yes. Andrius knew those were good tonics but didn’t know the usage.Last time, he brought tonics meant for pregnancy for my mom, making my mom urge me to get marriedand pregnant soon so that I could take those tonics.”

Andrius scratched his head and grinned, feeling embarrassed when Mary mentioned it.novelbin

At the same time, Mary realized she should not have mentioned that.

Rosalie quipped, “Well, Aunt Wilson is right. You can take them when you get pregnant. Well… Andriuswill get you any supplements you need if you get pregnant anyway.”

Since the atmosphere between Mary and Andrius was ambiguous, Rosalie might as well help her bestfriend.

Mary panicked instantly. She quickly glared at her best friend, trying to warn her not to go overboard.

“Of course!” Andrius said suddenly.

Rosalie laughed, and Byron smiled.

Suddenly, Estelle’s voice came from upstairs. “Godmother! Godmother, it’s nice to see you! Did you justsay Mommy is pregnant?”

Lucian and Nox popped their heads out of the swirling staircase and looked at their mommy. “Mommy, are you pregnant? Why didn’t you tell us?”

Upon seeing the three little ones chattering merrily and wanting to head downstairs, Byron remindedLucian and Nox of the wounds on their knees.

Then, their grandfather carried them while Estelle hopped and approached Rosalie.

Rosalie wanted to keep it a secret until the fetus in her womb became stable.

However, she had to tell the kids now. “Yes. You guys will get a younger sibling soon.”

“Woah! Really? Mommy, you’re amazing!” Estelle cheered and kissed Rosalie’s cheek a few times as iftrying to encourage Rosalie on her pregnancy.

Lucian and Nox had bright smiles on their faces. They held Rosalie’s hands intimately.

“Mommy, you’re great!” Lucian praised from his heart.

“Mommy, how many will you give birth to? Can you give birth to two? Will they be a brother or a sister?”Nox pondered about this.

Facing questions like these made Rosalie fluster, and she did not know how to answer them. Howmany could she give birth to? One was already good enough!

Looking at the little ones expressing their concern only for Rosalie made Byron feel it was unfair.

He was the daddy of the kids and the future baby. Whether it was a son or daughter, he hadcontributed too. Why did not any one of them praise him?
