’Stella would indeed do something like that,’ Felicity thought. Although Vermont said he did not want to find someone elsebecause he was scared that Stella would kill him for cheating, she felt relieved that he would not look for another woman.
Felicity felt troubled when she thought about the tricky matter. "What would you do then?" She asked.
Vermont wanted her to propose herself for the position, but he knew she would be mad if he said that out loud. So he sighed andsaid, "| guess I'd probably find some videos and work on it myself."

Vermont realized his words did not work, so he said, "Remember to close your windows. The family downstairs is going to sendone of their family members to the funeral home tomorrow. They'll probably do it in the early morning, so it will be noisy."Felicity froze and asked, "Someone died downstairs?"
"Did you not see the messages? They informed us about it in the community group chat."
“I'm not in the group chat." Suddenly, Felicity had difficulty staying still.’
