Keegan’s expression turned ugly, “Can’t you just give me some time to think about it?”
“There’s nothing to think about.” Stella’s gaze was cold, ” There’s no need for you to come up withanother plan. We’ll break off the engagement, abort the child, and then both of us will have nothing todo with each other anymore. It’s a simple thing; why complicate it?”
Keegan was probably angered by her attitude. His face turned even paler, “Stella Hall, that’s a life! Howcould you speak of it as if it’s nothing?”
“What do you want me to do then? Give birth to the child for you, and you give me some money?”Stella continued mockingly, “Actually, that’ll work too. Give me your offer. Let’s see if it’s going to beworth the pain.”
Keegan’s expression turned even more unpleasant.
Stella continued, “You promised to give me ten billion if we divorced. Giving birth to a child is definitelygoing to hurt more than going through a divorce. So, it should be double, right? Otherwise, why shouldI do this? I-“

Keegan swallowed before saying in a low voice, “I said we’ll get married. Let’s give birth to this child.And if you want to divorce afterward. I’ll set you free. Also, I promise you’ll get what you deserve in thedivorce settlement.”
Stella’s mood, which was initially joyful, instantly turned gloomy.
Keegan continued, “If you agree, I’ll have Aldor find a lawyer to draft the agreement-“
“Agree my ass!” Stella cursed and suddenly pulled her hand back. “If you want to marry me, you’ll needto get down on one knee!”
After saying that, she walked away with an angry face.
Felicity quickly caught up to her, “Stella, are you still going to get the abortion?”
Stella gritted her teeth, “Yes, I am. I’ll probably suffer a metrorrhagia with him around. Let’s go toanother hospital and get it done!”
Keegan remained silent.
He was about to go after Stella, but Vermont stopped him,” Stop provoking her. She’ll probably have amiscarriage from anger before she can have the abortion.”
Keegan shook off his hand, “Didn’t you hear that she’s going to do it in another hospital?”
Vermont was speechless, “Do you know nothing outside of work? Can’t you understand that she onlysaid that because
she was angry? If she really wants to do it, it wouldn’t matter if you’re there or not.”
Keegan finally calmed down as he turned his gaze to Vermont, asking, “When did you find out that shewas pregnant?”
Vermont glanced at him, “Is that what you really care about now? Why don’t you figure out how topersuade your ex-wife not to get an abortion instead? We’re lucky my brother saw her coming herewhile he was working. What if she goes to another hospital next time? Your daughter might havereincarnated by the time you get there.”
“Shut your stinky mouth up!” Keegan said.
Vermont shrugged, “The truth is often hard to handle.
Physically stopping her isn’t going to work forever. You’ve got to make her give up on the ideacompletely.”
Vermont then laughed at what Keegan said earlier, “Did you hear what you said just now? You said youwould get a divorce with her after the child is born! Do you think she needs your money? Don’t forgetthat she’s the heiress of the Saun family. If she wants it, the child inside of her can carry her last nameand has absolutely nothing to do with you!”
Keegan’s body stiffened as he said nonchalantly, “I won’t allow it.”
“It’s not going to matter.” Vermont shattered his delusional thoughts. “Who do you think you are to her?You couldn’t even control her when the two of you were still married.
Now that you’re divorced, what makes you think you can
change her mind? Dream on!”
Keegan kept quiet. After a long pause, he said, “She’s my fiancee.”
Vermont replied sarcastically, “Wow, you still remember that, huh? If I remember correctly, the first thingyou said to her when you came back was to break off your engagement to her. Did you lose your
memory as well as your mind? Did you forget what you just said a few minutes ago?”
Keegan’s eyelid twitched as he exploded in anger, “Can you be serious for once? I’m not talking to youjust so you can ridicule me!”
