Chapter 1255

Chapter 1255

Bella’s fans were still trying to defend her one week after Andrea’s fall got exposed.

They flooded Bella’s Facebook account with messages like [ We believe in you.], [Justice will prevail.],etc.

The fans argued with the netizens and agencies. They were like a doting mother refusing to believetheir child was a murderer, as others claimed.

Instead of finding those comments funny, they were rather pathetic to Stella.

Fans would always be the ones who suffered the most behind every fallen idol. They regard their idolsas shining lights and role models, but knowing a person’s true nature through a screen is impossible.

After all, fans were also the victims of the capital packaging of idols. Stella found it pathetic that whenthe idol failed to uphold the law and moral boundaries, their fans became the ones who had to faceridicule and scorn from the public after their idol’s wrongdoings got exposed.

Perhaps someone could not bear to see how these irrational fans blindly defend their idol anymore, sothat person leaked a recording of Bella’s voice a few days later.

“These brainless fans have lost their minds! Do they think they can boss me around just because theyboosted my viewership? I’ll sign with whoever I want. Who are they to tell me what to do? They reallythink my success relies on them, huh? They only managed to boost my magazine sales last week by amillion copies. Do you know how many copies Vincent West sold at the same time? Almost twice myfigure! They claim they’re my fans, yet they do nothing practical to support me. All they do is stir uptroubles!”

The recording went viral across the internet as soon as it was uploaded.

People who were not even Bella’s fans could tell it was her voice, let alone her devoted fans.

Her fans boosted her sales and viewership, yet she betrayed them and called them brainless. Her fanscould not find any other reason to support her anymore.

So, her fans started unfollowing her on her social media accounts. Her Facebook feed which was oncefilled with fans defending her was now flooded with angry remarks from her ex-fans.

All of Bella’s social media accounts were suspended the same afternoon. The accusation of herinvolvement in a criminal case had become indisputable, leaving no one to speak for her anymore.

“How satisfying! A terrible idol like her should’ve been exposed long ago! I can’t believe how muchmoney she made!”

Felicity scrolled through the comments and videos criticizing Bella and scolded, “Can we donate all theearnings of these fallen idols to charity? The thought of these rubbish celebrities getting canceled yetstill living a luxurious life anger me!”

Her words made Stella laugh. “You should consider changing your career then. You can reform theentertainment industry once you become the Minister of Culture.”novelbin

Felicity paused. “It’s fine. I like my current job better.”

Then, she continued, “Who do you think leaked this recording of Bella? Could it be Keegan?”

Stella shook her head. “I don’t know, but it doesn’t feel like it. IV

“How do you even feel that?”

Stella chuckled. “I couldn’t do this before, but now I can.”

“How so?”

Stella said, “He’s constantly seeking approvals and asking me to give him merits for what he has donenow that we’re together. He would have already demanded rewards from me if he had leaked it.”

She suddenly received a video call from Keegan as she spoke, and she answered.

Felicity was unaware of that, and her head was filled with scenes of Keegan the mutt begging Stella formerits. She instantly felt relieved as she pouted and said, “Don’t give him merits so easily! Do youremember how wicked he was before? He wanted you to go home, and he called the cops on me toforce you to return because he was too prideful to talk to you himself. The few hours I spent at thepolice station will be in vain if you reward him so quickly!”

Stella kept quiet.

Felicity scoffed. After seeing the weird look on her face, she said, “What’s wrong? Are you too eager tomarry him and can’t bear to deduct his marks now? Is he more important than your best friend?”

Stella pursed her lips and whispered, “I’m on a call with him.”

Felicity was puzzled.

Stella showed her the phone screen. Suddenly, Felicity saw the gloomy face of Keegan staring at her.

The puzzled look on Felicity’s face turned surprised instead.

“Haha.” Felicity forced a laugh and waved her hand. “Hello, Mr. Kane.”

Then, she directly hung up the call before Keegan could say anything.

Keegan froze in confusion.
