Love In Twilight By Tiny Mountains Chapter 437

Chapter 437 Cousin, You Have Good Taste

Soon, the group was on the way to Sonders Cafe.

Clarissa felt she was walking on the edge of the cliff. She wondered how Damien would punish

her later on.

It would probably be better for Damien to tell the truth. After all, she had no intention of getting involvednovelbin

with Caleb in any way.

To be frank, Caleb had caused her a lot of trouble.

Neil was unhappy, and pouted crossly throughout the journey. He wanted Clarissa to be with Damien,

but when he saw Caleb holding Clarissa’s hand, he was annoyed.

He suddenly broke away from Damien’s hand and went up to hit Caleb and Clarissa’s hands.

“No hand–holding!” Neil was angry.

“What’s wrong, Neil?” Caleb let go of Clarissa and picked up Neil. “Let me take you to dinner.”

“I hate you! You smell like sweat!” Neil whined. He wanted to embarrass Caleb and stop him from

getting along with Clarissa.

Unfortunately, Caleb wasn’t embarrassed at all. “I just finished a basketball game! Of course I smell like

sweat. You will too when you grow up, kid.”

Caleb even rubbed Neil’s rose. He was overjoyed!

As the four of them were walking towards Sonders Cafe, they passed a group of people in a small park

on the side of the road. Some were carrying cameras while someone directed them around.

“Oh, Clarissa?” It was Cindy again.

Cindy was facing the other way and looking at the filming crew doing their job, but when she heard the

people talking from behind, she turned around and so happened to see Clarissa.

“Auntie!” Caleb had a good impression of Cindy.

If Cindy was Clarissa’s aunt, it wasn’t wrong for him to call her the same way.

“Hey, hey! This boy’s a sweet talker. You really have good taste, Clarissa.” To be honest, Cindy was

quite fond of Caleb.

Clarissa’s face went grim.

Damien was speechless and irritated by this. His face was so cold, but when his emotions got to the

extreme, the grimace on his lips turned into a cold smile instead.

The sky was probably getting too dark, so Cindy acted like she didn’t see Damien and Neil because of

the darkness. Instead, she only paid attention to Caleb and Clarissa.

However, Cindy was deliberately doing this for Damien to see.

“You’re such a perfect match! You’ve studied for so many years. That’s great! By the way, Connie’s

playing the role of a teacher this time. She just can’t get into her role. I should tell her to come to you.”

“Connie!” Cindy shouted towards the crowd. “Your cousin Clarissa‘s here »

(You‘ve met her, Mom?” Connie said enthusiastically as she ran over in a hurry.

“Clarissa!” Connie took Clarissa‘s hand with both hands. “I heard from my mom that you‘re teaching

here. Just look at you. You stayed at the University of Emmeria for years, and you finally came back.

I‘m acting as a teacher in the show. If I don‘t get it right, please give me some advice.”

“Hey, Connie,” Caleb greeted sweetly. Connie‘s eyes lit up again when she saw Caleb in person. “Wow,

he‘s young! What a great guy! Cousin, you have good taste.” Connie found herself growing envious

when she finally saw Caleb in the flesh. After that, he pulled Clarissa to the side with a wicked smile.

She whispered into her ears,” Now that everyone is treating you and Caleb like a couple, don‘t dream

of going back to Damien again. Don‘t think about letting your son call you Mommy. You’ll live the rest of

your life like this!

“You should know who‘s behind me. Neil‘s right here. No matter how powerful Damien is, he can‘t

guard Neil at all times. If you tell him anything, maybe you won‘t find your son again! You can try and

protect your son all day, but Damien‘s still there. It‘ll be easy to make a repeat of something like Madam

Zell‘s murder case!”
