Chapter 754

Chapter 754 Alva's Reminder

Eudora turned around and asked with a frown, "What do you mean?"

Hearing Eudora's voice, Alva paused in her steps. She backed to Eudora and tilted his head slightly.

"Just the literal meaning. If you cannot avoid accidents, I'm afraid your Meetlove Company won't be

able to continue in Kenison City."

"Got it."

Eudora didn't bother asking any further questions.

Eudora didn't ask those redundant questions, such as why she wanted to help her.

Eudora knew that Alva would definitely say she had done so many things before and feel guilty, so she

wanted to make up for her past mistakes.

What a joke.

Eudora would never believe those words.

Therefore, no matter what Alva's purpose was in coming here, Eudora told herself that she had to be

particularly cautious about tomorrow's wedding!

In an instant, a surge of pressure suddenly hit her, making Eudora feel heavy.

In her apartment, Eudora stayed up all night.

Normally, she could fall asleep around four or five in the morning and wake up at six.

But this night, Eudora truly couldn't fall asleep.

The next morning, the sun was bright, but the winter breeze was still chilling.

Early in the process, the wedding team from Meetlove Company, responsible for Milo's wedding,

arrived at Radiant Horizon Restaurant to conduct a thorough inspection.

Eudora repeatedly reminded everyone about safety issues, as well as audio equipment and projectors,

fearing that the same accident as last time might happen again.

If that really happened, she would truly have no chance to stay in Kenison City.novelbin

Around noon, the guests began to enter one after another.

Eudora wore a silver-gray waistcoat suit and flat shoes. She held a walkie-talkie in her hand and

occasionally communicated with the team members.

The wedding venue was situated in the backyard of Radiant Horizon Restaurant. The expansive

garden featured faux grass and was embellished with an assortment of flowers imported from abroad

via air shipments and colorful balloons, evoking a sense of abundant vitality of a springtime ambiance.

As the guests arrived, Eudora looked at the people who entered one after another and felt the pressure

multiply.

Today, all the attendees were the core figures of Kenison City's upper class, each with substantial

wealth and high social status.

"Hey, what are you thinking about?"

Suddenly, Wendy appeared and tapped Eudora on the shoulder.

Startled, Eudora turned around and glared at her. "Where did you come from?"

Wendy pointed to the entrance, and Eudora saw Derek and Colbert walking in. Derek looked this way,

his handsome face adorned with a mischievous smile.

That smile clearly should have been for Wendy, but Eudora always felt like Derek was smiling at her.

However, Eudora didn't pay too much attention to it and instead focused her gaze on Colbert.

After a month apart, the wound on Colbert's head had already healed. He was dressed in a royal blue

velvet suit, his hair styled in a pompadour, and he wore a pair of silver-gray sunglasses. He exuded a

radiant and dignified aura with a compelling temperament.

Eudora stood in the most conspicuous place at the entrance, but Colbert didn't even spare a glance at

her as if the gaze behind his sunglasses had never held any fascination towards her.
