Chapter 752

Chapter 752 Chasel Has No Good Intentions

Afterward, Ivan discussed some other details with Eudora before hanging up the phone.

Back in the office, Eudora sat in the large chair and rubbed her temples, feeling a bit tired.

However, not long after Eudora put down her phone, Chasel called her.

"Chasel?"

"What are you busy with?" Chasel casually asked.

"Just sitting idle in the company." Eudora brushed some stray strands of hair behind her ear and asked,

"What's happened?"

"Well... nothing much. Do you remember the client I introduced to you last time, my friend? His wedding

is tomorrow, and I was just wondering how the preparations are coming along."

Chasel's friend was getting married, and he had contacted their wedding company a month in advance.

In order to satisfy the client, Eudora, and the planning team had come up with three different plans,

which the client was highly pleased with.

The client's wedding was scheduled for tomorrow.

Eudora replied, "Everything is ready. Don't tell me you're going to be the best man at your friend's

wedding."

"You're sharp; got it in one guess."

When it came to the topic of weddings, Eudora didn't dare to continue the conversation. After all, if they

talked too much about it, the topic would eventually shift to why Chasel's friends were getting married

while he remained idle.

Naturally, the conversation would then turn to her.

Eudora immediately changed the subject, saying, "I've always been sharp. Let's go out for a meal after

you're done with the wedding. It's been a while since we had a meal together."

"Alright, that's settled."

"Good. If there's nothing else, I'll hang up."

After that, Eudora hung up the phone directly.

The client introduced by Chasel was named Milo Lane.

Milo held a significant economic position in Kenison City, and the Lane family's business had extensivenovelbin

involvement, including collaborations with the Sinton Group, Farrell Group, and Baldwin Group.

Tomorrow, all the guests of the wedding would be social elites. However, after the incident at Colbert's

wedding, Eudora felt somewhat uneasy about attending such an event.

She knew that the accidents at the venue would lead to financial losses for the Meetlove Company.

So, she immediately gathered the team for an impromptu meeting regarding Milo's wedding tomorrow.

After getting off work in the evening, Wendy called Eudora.

Eudora, who was still working in the office, noticed Wendy's name flashing on her phone screen and

couldn't help but furrow her brows in surprise.

Since she alerted that foolish woman to be wary of Derek, Wendy contacted her less frequently.

Eudora didn't even know if Wendy was too busy going on dates or sulking.
