Chapter 395

Chapter 395 Is This Even Real?

They looked at him as if he were a complete stranger, and both of them were dumbfounded.

Colbert's smile froze, and he said awkwardly. "What are you waiting for? Eat it before it gets cold."

Jervis smiled slightly and glanced at the dining room beside them. Then, he touched his nose, and his

smile stiffened. "Okay."

Jervis knew Colbert had never eaten anything besides the coffee table.

Colbert had always been well-educated, and his every move was full of elegance. His lifestyle had

always been decent, so he would never do anything inappropriate, like eating breakfast beside a coffee

table while sitting on the carpet.

Jervis was truly shocked.

As for Colton, he had already started to wonder whether all of this was real.

Colbert opened a lunch box, which contained some freshly baked pastries.

As soon as the lunch box was opened, Eudora smelled the pastries and suddenly lost interest in her

soup. "Colbert, let's exchange our breakfast. You've got pastries, right? I'm used to the soup you made.

This soup is just tasteless."

As she spoke, she handed the rest of the soup to Colbert and took away the pastries in front of him.

"Okay. If you like them, have some more," Colbert replied casually.

Eudora nodded repeatedly and took a bite of a cookie. Her eyes widened immediately, and she raised

her thumb. "It's so delicious."

Her speech was a bit slurred because her mouth was full of cookies.

But the taste of those cookies was really amazing. The rest of the pastries were also delicious. They

weren't very sweet, and all seemed very delicate.

Eudora had never had such amazing pastries before, so she couldn't hold back the desire to share.

She took another cookie and handed it to Colbert. Seeing that he was still holding a spoon, she put the

cookie next to his mouth and said excitedly, "Try it! It tastes amazing! I'm serious!"

Colbert was not surprised by her sudden excitement.

Because when he found Eudora in the forest after she disappeared in Eastway Village, she also sharednovelbin

food with him, but she didn't feed him with her own hands.

He looked at the cookie in Eudora's hand in a daze as if enjoying this moment.

However, Eudora thought he was thinking about something else. "What's wrong? Are you afraid that I

didn't wash my hands? Nevermind..."

Just as she was about to eat the cookie by herself, Colbert grabbed her hand and ate the cookie.

He chewed slowly. Eudora tilted her head and looked at him expectantly.

She seemed to be waiting for Colbert to praise her as if she had made the cookie herself.

"How about it? Isn't it super-duper delicious?"

"Just so-so."

Colbert said casually.

"Just so-so?" Eudora frowned, and the smile on her face suddenly faded. "You are too picky. Have you

always been like this? You can cook nothing but soup, yet you're still such a picky man. Huh. How

ridiculous!"
