Colbert then saw Eudora jumping out of the kitchen and returning to the bedroom.
As a young girl, she was full of energy and should have been living as carefree as she was now.
Ten minutes later, Wendy and Eudora were sitting in the dining room waiting for breakfast.
Colbert came over with a tray holding two bowls of soup and placed them on the table. One in front of
Eudora and one in front of himself.
Eudora stared at him and asked, "What about Wendy's?"
"I only made two portions."
Colbert didn't even look at Wendy as if she didn't exist.
The situation made Wendy a little embarrassed. She shook her head and said, "It's okay. You guys eat
first. I'll go out and buy some breakfast."
"Okay."
"What do you want to buy? We have food at home. It's such a waste."
As soon as Colbert finished speaking, Eudora retorted at Wendy and pushed Colbert's breakfast
toward Wendy. "Try it. It's delicious."
"No. It's okay."
Wendy waved her hands repeatedly and said, "This is Mr. Steele's, so how can I eat it?"
"Ms. Bartlett, you haven't found a place to stay yet?"
Sitting opposite Wendy, Colbert glared at her and asked.

As she was leaving Kenison City in a few days, so Eudora had to settle Wendy's problem quickly, or
else she wouldn't be able to get the money from Wendy.
Colbert didn't say anything. He sat with his arms crossed in front of his chest, looking serious and
dignified.
Normally, he would reject her directly, but he looked at Eudora's flattering smile and saw through the
little tricks in this woman's heart.
He stood up and left.
"Hey. Colbert, don't leave. We're all family now. Can't you watch over my friend?" Eudora thought
Colbert wouldn't agree, and he left with anger.
But to her surprise, Colbert found something in the bar drawer and returned to the dining room. He
placed a business card in front of Wendy and said, "Contact my assistant and give me your company's
information."
