Chapter 344

Chapter 344 Colbert's Thoughts

"No."

Colbert took the glass from her hand and left the study.

Colbert went back to his bedroom to take a shower and was ready to rest, but he was still worried

about Eudora. He was afraid that this stupid woman would fall asleep in the study.

As expected, when Colbert arrived at the door of the study wearing his pajamas, Eudora was actually

asleep on the table.

Colbert walked up to her, wanting to carry her back to his bedroom. But in the end, he didn't do it.

Instead, he got a blanket and covered her with it.

It was getting cool outside, and sleeping without a blanket at night could lead to catching a cold.

Eudora was sleeping soundly on the table with her headphones and the computer still on the game

page. Even the loud noise from the headphones did not wake her up.

Colbert shut down the computer and helped her lean against the big chair. He pressed a button on the

chair, and the back of the chair tilted back to forty-five degrees, making her sleep comfortably in that

position.

Colbert knew it was not very comfortable to sleep here, but after Eudora left Kenison City, no one

would take care of her every day. So she needed to learn to adapt to certain situations by herself.

Eudora was sleeping deeply. She seemed to have a lot on her mind in her sleep. There was a worried

expression on her face, and she was frowning slightly.

Colbert squatted down in front of her and gently smoothed out the frown on her forehead.

After a while, Colbert got up, left the study, and turned off the light.novelbin

The next day, when Eudora woke up from the study and walked to the living room, she smelled a

familiar scent.

Her eyes lit up as she walked into the kitchen. As expected, Colbert was cooking. "Good morning!

What's for breakfast today?"

The handsome man was wearing a black shirt with slicked-back hair. He wore a plaid apron but didn't

look out of place at all. Instead, he looked very down-to-earth.

"Soup," Colbert told her.

Colbert's tone was more gentle than usual.

"It does smell delicious, but you..."

Eudora rubbed her nose and chuckled, "Why do you only know how to cook soup and nothing else?"

"Because I don't want to learn."

"Hmph, if you don't know how to cook other food, just say so. You don't have to say you don't want to."

Eudora pouted and grinned at him before heading off to brush her teeth.

"Go ahead."
