Josiah embraced her from behind. “Lysander, will you change my dressing?”
“How about I transfer another one hundred and fifty to you? I understand you don’t want to owe meanything. I can transfer it to you right now.”
Lysander pulled away the hands resting on her waist. “There’s a fully–equipped burn department in thehospital and specialized surgical nurses. Don’t come looking for me.”

“Did you chase her away with your harsh words?”

“Haha, I was just teasing you. In my opinion, the whole visiting mom thing is just a pretense. Shemerely wanted to lure Josiah here, so that you could see him getting medicine for her.”
“I think so too.”

Lysander poured a cup of coffee for Maverick. “Mm, I’ll be staying in the country from now on andspending more time with you both.”

“No.

Maverick glanced at the string of zeros on the calculator screen, a slight frown forming on his face.“Lysa, perhaps we should opt for something smaller.”
Ines quickly responded, “I do have smaller ones. The smallest is about sixty square meters, with onebedroom and one living room.”
