Jane looked up anxiously, wanting to explain, but her ears turned red when she met the aggressivegaze of the man in front of her.

As soon as Louis heard these words, his body stiffened immediately. He pushed away from Janeright away while looking at her with an scrutinizing expression in his blue eyes.
Jane was stunned by this sudden change of events but still looked at the man before askingcuriously, "What happened? Why do you look so upset? Is something bothering you?"
