Lilac was simply clueless about what was going on and she didn’t have any idea why Aiden waslooking for her and was so angry right now.
But she knew a simple fact that this situation wouldn’t end up in good note if Aiden and Hunterentangled into an unnecessary fight.
“Alpha Hunter, please back down. It’s still not decided yet whether Lilac will go with you or not, you arestill a guest here,” Roland said politely..
Even though earlier he was having an altercation with Aiden, but against the outsider, he would chooseto side with his pack member all over again and this was understandable.
“Don’t be so sure, warrior,” Hunter said darkly, his eyes never left Lilac’s hand that was held by Aidenand this irked the man even more. He felt so attacked by the audacity of the alpha lycan showed to hismate. “You can ask your alpha now what the decision that has been made?”
“What decision?” Finally, Lilac spoke up, she tried to struggle from Aiden’s clutch, but she didn’t havethe strength to do so.
She just recovered from the pain recently, thanked to the tonic that Hunter gave to her. She needed toremind herself that she needed to thank the alpha for that, even though she was reluctant to admit it.
“You are not going anywhere, Lilac,” Aiden said with stern voice.
It was rich when the words came from him, since he was the one, who wanted to banish her from thepack a few days ago.
Though Lilac managed not to say something sarcastic, but Hunter was so free to laugh at his face forhis audacity to say such thing.
Of course, it didn’t help with the current situation.
“Mutt, you wanted to banish her a few days ago. Was being rejected turned you senile?” Huntermocked. Aiden openly and that was the time when the latter saw red and rushed toward the alphalycan in his beastnovelbin
form.
Of course, Hunter had predicted this and was ready with this reaction, as he shifted into his lycan’sform
The distance between them was not too far, thus the collision happened almost instantly and Rolandimmediately pushed Lilac into the room and slammed the door, so she wouldn’t get the impact of itbefore he himself shifted into his beast.
It was a high risk that he had to take to throw himself between the two beasts that tried to tear eachother
apart.
Inside the bedroom, Lilac was stunned to see a lycan beast for the first time, because she just realizedhow huge and fearsome that creature was.
The lycan had bigger size than a normal werewolf beast, even an alpha of the werewolf was not acomparison for the lycan in their beast form.
No wonder, even after six packs joined hand together, they still had a hard time to beat down the lycan

pack, as they could literally fight more than two werewolves at the same time.
Lilac felt worry for Aiden and Roland, but she was too scared to go out. The lycan’s beast was sodifferent. from the wolf beast, as they looked more vicious and feral
Thankfully, it didn’t take long before Lilac heard the commotion outside grew louder, which meant therewere a few people came and tried to deescalate the situation.
Lilac pressed her ears against the door and tried to hear their conversation after alpha James managedto make the two beasts shifted back to their human form.
“Take Roland to see a healer!” He ordered someone furiously and then more commotion happened.
Out of curiosity, thinking the situation was no longer dangerous for her, she opened the door slightlyand through the crack, she could see a few people. But, the first thing that she noticed was a thicksmell of blood in the air.
The fight happened only less than a minute, but there were so many blood that had been spilled.
Most of it must have come from Roland, since the alpha told someone to take him to see the healer.And the next question in Lilac’s mind was; how much Alden and Hunter hurt? She couldn’t see the twoof them because luna Jasmine’s figure stood right in front of her door, thus she couldn’t see the entiresituation without opening her bedroom door widely and stepped out.
However, Lilac was reluctant to do so, she didn’t want to get involved in this mess.
Yet, her curiosity got the best of her and she opened the door slightly wider, while alpha James askedin harsh tone about what was actually going on and why the fight could happen.
Sensing the door behind her was opened, luna Jasmine turned around and saw Lilac.
“Lilac!” luna Jasmine called her named loudly, which drew attention from the people there.
Aside from the four of them, there were another four warriors that came and two alphas, all of themwere surrounded Hunter and Aiden.

However, in contrary, Hunter only got a few scratches on his cheek, which now started to heal. Asidefrom that, there was nothing serious and he was perfectly fine after fighting two werewolves at thesame time.
“Lilac, come here, let’s talk inside your room,” luna Jasmine immediately tugged Lilac into the bedroomand closed the door behind her.
But, before that, Lilac’s eyes met with Hunter’s and the alpha lycan actually winked at her playfully. Hewas
insane!
“What is going on?” Lilac asked with confusion because luna Jasmine looked so worn out, as if shedidn’t have enough sleep last night.
“Lilac, I want to tell you about an unpleasant news.”
