Chapter 962 A Contemptible Wretch

Maximilian didn't want to keep messing up with the contemptible scoundrel, and was about to leave the

place together with Victoria and the rest.

Thinking that Maximilian was scared and thus chose to leave together with the beauties around him,

those men then became even more brazen and rampant than before.

"Ha, you're scared, aren't you? I knew that you're just a pathetic coward!" The man yelled impudently.

Hearing that, Maximilian turned back and stared at him as if he was looking at a fool. With his shape

shuddered and hair standing straight out, the man could feel from his eyes that something bad was

about to happen.

'Something about this man is not right.' Thought the man. However, he soon pushed down his panic,

and gave a second thought that maybe he was just good at fighting.

Boldly, the man blocked Maximilian's way and said, "Not until you kneel down and apologize for

everything you have just done to me, you little bastard!"

Maximilian offered a helpless smile, and thought that he was just making trouble out of nothing, since

the man was exactly the one who started everything and threatened him.

The rest of the fellows also raised their heads and said, "Just do exactly what our boss has told you,

and possibly you would be lucky enough to survive it!"

Laughing, Maximilian bridled at their pretentious warning and disdained to make any apology.

As the man reached out one of his fingers and was about to say something, Maximilian grabbed his

finger and bent it, which made the man cry out with tears shed from his eyes.

"Just wait and see! I'm calling my brother, and you will regret everything later!" In pain, the man

growled.

Maximilian let go of the man and plainly answered, "Fine, then just do it."

His words dumbed the man: he thought that Maximilian would definitely bow down and shudderingly

beg for mercy hearing his opponent was about to call up back-up, while he was just standing there

calmly and indifferently, which made him doubt that whether this man had gone crazy.

One of the man's fellows said, "Maybe he is just doubting that you're bluffing, boss. Let's just call up

your brother and show him what you've got!"

Thinking that his man's words did make sense, he turned to Maximilian and said arrogantly, "Alright,

you asked for it!"

Without any hesitation, he called up his brother, "Brother, someone has just hit me! Please, I need you

to come and take revenge for me!"

"Seriously? You are not joking, right?"

"Come on! Just don't waste any time and help me!"

"Fine, just wait for me."

The brother of the man hung off the phone and got back to the office of Rowen, "Rowen, someone has

hit my little brother, and I'm going to clean up the mess for him."

"OK. Do you need any backups?" Smiled Rowen, a man who knew how to treat his fellows properly.

The man swayed his gauze-wrapped fists and answered with confidence, "Please, stop making fun of

me, Rowen. I'm your right hand, and I count on nothing but my fists!"

Rowen was happy to see his man in confidence, and laughed, "Do me a favor. Here is an invitation,

and I need you to hand it over to Mr. Lee, who is currently living in the hotel on street No.73. Wait by

the gate when you arrive, and I will call him up to get downstairs and meet you by then."

"No problem." The big brother of the man took the letter and kept the address in mind.

His plan was to go to the night market first and then head to the hotel, through which he could both

help his brother and get his mission done.

Suddenly, Rowen stopped him and plainly added, "One more thing that I need to remind you: be gentle

and polite whenever you see Mr. Lee, as he is a modest man in his daily life."

Knowing that his fellows always made the same mistake provoking Maximilian, he again reminded his

man of the same thing in case he brought him any trouble.

"I understood." The man nodded and headed to the night market.

Hearing that his big brother was coming, the man smiled proudly and sat on a chair swaggeringly with

his legs crossed, "My brother is coming, and you still have your last opportunity to kneel down and

apologize now!"

Maximilian ignored his announcement, thinking that it was necessary for him to show his power and

stun the fellow.

After a while, the man's big brother came. He came over to his big brother and greeted, "Finally, you're

here, brother!"

"Now, tell me what's going on and who you're messing with." The man's brother pushed him aside and

said with disgust.

The man then pointed at Maximilian and whispered, "My brother, he is the one who has just hit me!

And beware, since he is really a good fighter, who can even take down ten men at the same time."

"Oh, really? It seems that he would be a good match for me!" Licking his mouth, the man's brother was

a battle maniac, who was now yearning to fight Maximilian.

The man nodded his head, and couldn't wait to see his brother knock down Maximilian to the ground.

He lit a cigarette and sneered, "So, I heard that you had just hit my brother, hadn't you?"

Without denying it, Maximilian answered, "Yes, and the one who started everything was him."

"I don't care! All I know is that you have just hit my brother, and I will be the first one to step out andnovelbin

defend him! Besides, since my little brother said you were a good fighter, how about we have a try of

that?" Sneered the man's brother.

Maximilian clearly knew a fight with the man's brother was inevitable when he saw him, while he didn't

expect the man would trigger the fight with such excuses.

Squarely, Maximilian was also yearning for a fight as well.

"I heard that you're the man of Rowen, and thus I will go easy on you." Said Maximilian.

The man's brother was irritated by his words, "Who the hell are you daring to say so? Just shut up and

fight!" Disdainfully, he thought that Maximilian was bluffing.

Helplessly, Maximilian thought that there was no other way out to calm him down except to accept the

duel.

The man had long been the worshipper of his brother, who had been studying martial skills since he

was a kid, and he could still remember that his brother used to deal with dozens of men at the same

time.

However, he was stunned by what he saw next: his brother was at a disadvantage at the very

beginning of fighting Maximilian.

No matter how hard he tried to strike Maximilian, Maximilian could always either dodge or block the

attack. One of the man's strengths, of which he had long been proud, was the speed of his punch.

While, out of what he had expected, effortlessly, Maximilian almost dodged every single of his strikes.

Yawning, Maximilian finally decided to take the duel seriously, and seized the chance to strike back as

the man's brother rushed to him.

A kick was struck in the chest of the man's brother. If Maximilian ever struck him harder, he would have

already broken his ribs, or even died.

The man's brother took a few steps backwards, and was unreconciled to Maximilian, thinking that he

was just lucky enough to knock him back.
