Chapter 1045 An Old Man with Bad Temper

that, and his only wish was that Maximilian could go easy on him, since to hand over a half of the

All the people around, including Frankie, burst into anger, and roared, "How dare you, Maximilian!
There will be not a single chance for you to get something for nothing!"
Maximilian smiled, remained silent and spread his hands, "Then, there is no room for conversation
between us. Let's just wait and see."
Frankie, with a sullen look on his face, put forth a proposal to minimized his losses, "Please wait and
listen to me, Mr. Lee. At first, I promise that I won't interfere with any of your businesses afterwards;
and second, I think rather than to take away half of the shareholdings of the Berry Family, to cooperate
with the Berry Family will be a more advisable choice, since it means that Topyuan Group can not only
utilize the resources that the Berry Family has, but also earn sustainable profit from this long-term
partnership."

Frankie then turned to Caleb, and appointed him to take charge of the cooperation between the Berry
Family and Topyuan Group.
For Caleb, he was extreme disdainful to work with Maximilian, giving that he was in feud with him.
However, he had no other choice but to accept it since it was something that Frankie told him to do.
Seeing that he had successfully reached an agreement with the Berry Family, Maximilian took a sigh of
relief.
After getting everything done, Maximilian then set off back to H city by plane.
Inside of Maximilian's mind, he felt that his life had been exceptionally peaceful and quiet recently,
since there was seldom anyone coming around and assaulting him. Lost in thought, he believed that
Dragon Sect was planing something big fighting against him.
Seeing Maximilian was back, Rowen came up and greeted, "Thank god, you're back, Mr. Lee! I've
been worried about you!"
Maximilian's return was by no doubt a great comfort for Rowen.
Maximilian gave him a blank look, wondering whether he was really being nice or just mocking.

"Frankie has assured me that he won't be bother anymore. Therefore, you can go back now."
