Chapter 1042 The Conspiracy Of the Berry Family
The middle-aged man, in grievance and anger, stopped as Caleb cried for mercy. Inside of the middle-
aged man, there was full of hatred for Caleb, who had caused him into such a dilemmatic mess.
Caleb, in fear and panic, dared not to do anything to fight back. Seeing that the middle-aged man
stopped, Caleb took a sigh of relief, gritted his teeth and glared at Maximilian.
In calm, Maximilian did not seem to even give a shit about how this little arrogant young man felt.
"Now, pay for what you have done, asshole." Maximilian said coldly.
Caleb, in grievance, was then jailed for a few days. As he left and went back to the Berry Family, he
told Frankie everything that he had been through.
Hearing his words, Frankie frowned and was surprised to know that Maximilian knew Caden.
All those seniors of the Berry Family, looking at each other, had no idea about how to deal with
Maximilian.
They were all members of the Berry Family, one of most exalted families in W city, but none of them
could have ever expected that the biggest headache they currently shared with each other was the
existence of Maximilian.
Frankie turned to his oldest grandson and asked plainly, "Any ideas about how we deal with that
troublesome young man?"
"I do have an idea, grandpa, but it may wrong Stella." Caleb answered.
Frankie looked at him with confusion in his eyes and asked, "What do you mean by that?"
Frankie actually knew what was in his grandson's mind, but he wanted to hear exactly what was
coming out of his mouth.
Caleb then explained, "Stella used to learn abroad the skills about how to fight, and maybe this time,
we can send her to seduce Maximilianfirst and take him down in secret."
Hearing that, Frankie was stunned and thought it was totally a despicable plan.
"No way! She is not only your little sister, but also my precious little granddaughter! I could never allow
any unexpected consequences happen to her!" Frankie rejected his proposal without any hesitation.
Seeing that his proposal had roused his grandpa's anger, Caleb comforted, "I understand, grandpa. But
we have no other better choices now! If we don't take him down now, sooner or later, he will then come
for us!"
It seemed that Frankie was a little shaken by his words, "No. It's not the way we do things."
What Frankie cared about the most was the dignity of the Berry Family.
Caleb offered a laugh and smiled, "Don't you worry about that, grandpa! No one else, except for us, will
ever know what happens, since Stella will take down Maximilian without leaving any trace!"
All the other members of the Berry Family around were all stunned by the cruelty of Caleb.
Frankie was then relived and decided to refer the matter to his oldest grandson.
Caleb then came to the room of Stella, where there was a tall fair lady with long hair and a sweet look
sitting inside and making herself up.
Her name was Stella Berry, and she was literally one of the beauties of top-level in W city.
"What's going on, Caleb?" Looking at the mirror, Stella asked in a polite manner.
Caleb smiled awkwardly, and asked, "Stella, there is something happened in the Berry Family recently.
Do you know that?"
"What? No, what happened?" Stella shook his head and asked.
"You know, it is something really complicated." Caleb nodded and answered.
"Then, is there anything I can do?" Asked Stella curiously.
Caleb knew that he had already successfully roused Stella's concerns, and continued, "Of course,
there is something that only you can do. But I'm afraid that it will not be an easy task for you."
Stella answered indifferently, "Don't worry about that, Caleb. Just tell me what you need me to do."
Caleb was filled with rapture, and then told Stella his plan.
Hearing that, Stella turned to his brother with a wired look and said, "It doesn't sound like a righteous
way to solve the issue."
"I know, but there are no other choices left for us. That bastard is an eyesore for our family, and if wenovelbin
don't take him down right now, he will sooner or later destroy our family!"
In order to achieve his goal, Caleb told everything about Maximilian in an extremely exaggerated way.
Hearing that, Stella began to take it seriously. After a while of hesitation, she said, "Fine, I will do it."
Trying his best to hold back his excitement, Caleb pretended to feel sorry and said, "I know that it's
hard for you, Stella. Therefore, I sincerely hope that you can get everything done before that son of
bitch does anything bad to you. Please forgive me, Stella. I don't have a choice."
Stella looked at Caleb with a blank look, and clearly knew that he was just pretending to be
sympathetic. She knew that his brother had long been a cold-blooded scum who could do anything to
reach his goal.
