Old Mr. Sharp hurried to muster all the family members for a formal meeting.
Being noticed that there would be an honorable guest coming, all of them were lit up with great
excitement. Everyone of them was highly focused for the sake of the inheritance.
After all, if anyone of them managed to please the guest, he would gain the favor of Old Mr. Sharp.
What was more, he would be highly possible to be titled as the inheritor only.
Under such a great temptation, all of them were eager to have their own plans of reception done.
At this moment, Old Mr. Sharp uttered, “It would be the very first step to build up our friendly
cooperation with Boss Davies. I don’t want to meet any failure. Otherwise, you should know the
consequence.”
Hearing that, everyone present started to take it serious. Since then, they had to be fully ready. If
anything went wrong, it would be a great loss.
Old Mr. Sharp then continued, “Alright, now dismiss. Good luck.”

When seeing that there were a horde of people crowding around the gate, Maximilian paused, looking
surprised. He could tell from the luxuries they were wearing that they must be part of the upper class.
Harley couldn’t help asking, “Mr. Lee, do you think that they are here to welcome our arrival?”
Maximilian shook his head as he had only informed Connor of his visit. He was wondering if Connor
told Old Mr. Sharp about it. If so, what Harley expected would be possible.
The horde of people gathering around the gate were all focusing on their watches to wait for the
honorable guest mentioned by Old Mr. Sharp.
At this moment, the whole villa area was locked down. Seeing that, Maximilian was stunned as he
didn’t know what was going on. It seemed that the current situation went beyond his expectation.
He was wondering if there was something urgent happening here. Otherwise, it would be weird to
notice that all of them were wearing a serious face.
When those guards saw Maximilian approaching, they walked over and looked at him from head to toe.
They only found that he looked ordinary with his casual clothes. Seeing that, all of them wore a
disdainful smile.
At the beginning, they deemed that it might be the honorable guest. However, it only turned out to be
an ordinary-looking young man.
“Get off! No sightseeing!” one of the guard huffed proudly, sounding aggressive.
Hearing that, Maximilian frowned out of annoyance.
Though Maximilian didn’t get mad, Harley huffed for their aggressive words, “Hey, watch your
language!”
Those guards still disdained both of them as if they were nobody. Then they scorned coldly, “Get out of
here! Or we will beat you out of shit and drive you out!”
Hearing that, Harley suddenly chilled out of surprise as he had never expected to meet such an
awkward situation. If it weren’t because of the fact that he saw what happened with his own eyes, henovelbin

Noticing that both Maximilian and Harley showed no intention to leave, those guards turned to be
impatient and started to drive them out with force. Then they even started to push both of them.
Suddenly, those guards wielded their batons to hit them. At the beginning, Maximilian planned to wait
for a while or just entered by making a detour. But he didn’t expect that those guards would be so rude
to him.
Maximilian grabbed one of the batons and said, “I am not here for trouble. I am here to talk.”
“How dare you resist! Who the hell do you think you are? Do you think you are qualified enough to talk
to anyone in the Sharp Family? This is the exclusive area for the Sharps only!” one of the guards
scorned.
Maximilian didn’t intend to hit them as merciful he had always been. But now he was rendered so
annoyed that he punched the guard on his body. The guard kept taking steps backward because of it.
Seeing that, the rest of them all rushed towards him.
Maximilian was also aware that it would be quite troublesome deal with them. But he didn’t expect them
to be so unreasonable.
Soon, all of those guards were knocked down while lying on the ground with their batons broken into
halves.
Maximilian smiled, “You guys should take the consequence. I don’t want to cause trouble anymore.
Otherwise, there would be more troubles expecting you.”
All those guards were scared when looking at Maximilian, while the leader of whom took out an
interphone to report it.
Soon, a young man swaggered over while lighting up a cigar, looking like a playboy.
Seeing him, those guards hurried to say, “second Mr. Sharp, I am glad you are here. This guy actually
tried to break in! Just beat him and show him what you’ve got.”
Hearing that, the young man cast a disdainful glimpse at Maximilian as if he didn’t deem him a threat.
He then sneered, “Hey, just get out of here. You are not qualified enough to enter. Leave, or you will
regret.”
As he finished, Maximilian also smiled. Of course, he could tell that the young man was hostile against
him. When facing such an unreasonable one, negotiation would never work.
Seeing that Maximilian stood still and ignored his words, second Mr. Sharp seemed to be infuriated
because of his seemingly provocative act. He couldn’t believe that such a common man actually dared
to ignore him.
So second Mr. Sharp decided to teach him a lesson.
He walked over while stretching his arms and legs and relaxing his neck to warm up.
As those guards saw that, they all deemed that Maximilian would be doomed today.
So they looked at him with sympathy, wondering if he would then regret for not leaving earlier.
But Maximilian didn’t seem to be scared.
“What a poor guy! second Mr. Sharp has been titled with a black belt in Taekwondo.”
“He is more than a black belt. He is able to knock down ten black-belt guys at the same time.”
“Yeah, I beg that this guy would be knocked down within a second.”
All guards around were all heatedly discussing how long it would take for second Mr. Sharp to knock
down Maximilian.
They all believed that as long as second Mr. Sharp started to attack, Maximilian would be knocked out
within a second.
However, Maximilian only lit up a cigarette casually when hearing their discussion. Then he curled his
