With a husband, children, and no external disturbances to their family of four, these were the days that
Gwendolyn had longed for.
The warm sunlight bathed Gwendolyn’s hair as if it had painted each strand with a golden hue, making
her appear even more enchanting.
With a gentle chuckle, Cedrick’s fingers, with their defined knuckles, tenderly caressed her hair. He left
a soft kiss on her locks, whispering in reply, “I’ll work tirelessly to preserve this happiness.”
Gwendolyn locked eyes with him and noticed that his eyes were filled with tenderness.
Just then, the two little children walking ahead suddenly turned around, each taking one person’s
hand.
Zendaya swayed as she cooed, “Daddy, Mommy! Benny and I want to eat cotton candy, and we also
want ice cream.”
