Alexa didn’t realize until now that she might have upset Terrence somehow today when talking aboutGiselle.

As she said that, she pushed Terrence back into their room before closing the door.

Terrence sat on the bed without resisting and looked at her very seriously.

Alexa thought she was the one who always took the initiative in the relationship.

The next morning, Alexa woke up early to get dressed.

Alexa was left staring after them and pondering.

“They all found their love,” Terrence said in a flat tone. “It’s good.”

Alexa nodded, not knowing what had happened between Terrence and Finley.

After a whole day outside, Alexa and Terrence were finally home. Then Alexa contacted Christina.

“Alexa, everything is fine. Don’t worry.”

Christina was standing by the hospital bed in a white coat. The person on the bed had already fallenasleep.

Scott had lost a lot of weight during his stay in the hospital, and the fierceness on his face haddeepened as well.

In front of the others, they were still a loving couple. But only Christina knew how crazy Scott was.

There were two red and swollen scratches on her arm now. Those were injuries caused by Scott.

When he went crazy, no one could stop him.

“I’m fine. Tell Terrence not to worry about me as well. I will go back after I settle the matter here.”

After hanging up the phone, Christina heard something coming from the bed.

Scott had woken up, and he was fixing her with a frightening stare.

“Who did you just mention?”

“Don’t move,” Christina said coldly.

“Who was on the phone just now?”

Scott pointed at her, about to get agitated again.

“What does it have to do with you? Mind your own business.”

“Christina!”

Scott’s voice was hoarse and terrifying. And when he screamed at the top of his lungs, his face flushedred.

But Christina just stood at the end of the bed while looking coldly at him.

There was no pity in her eyes whatsoever.

“Do you want to live or not?” Christina said indifferently. “If yes, comply with the doctor’s orders. Andonce you are discharged, we will go through the divorce procedures.”

“Divorce?”

With a thud, a vase exploded at her feet.

But that wasn’t enough for Scott, who then continued to smash everything else on the table onto theground.

The ward was reduced to a mess instantly. By the time the nurse got there, she was shocked by thescene in the room.

“Dr. Fleming.”

“Get out.” Christina was still very calm.

Whatever Scott did wouldn’t make Christina get worked up.

“Do you really think that you can still control me like before?” Christina sneered. “Scott, I have adaughter and a son now. As for you, you are just a good-for nothing illegitimate child. Who do you thinkyou are to confront Me?”

Scott shouted some words which sounded unclear. And not long after that, he began to salivate, whichmade him look pathetic.

“To be honest, I do want you to die.” Christina looked up elegantly. “But I am a doctor. And I’ve savedyour life regardless. Am I not magnanimous enough?”

“Alexa… Alexa is exactly the same as you.” Scott panted. “Both are bitches!”
