When it was about time, Luke sent a car from the company to pick up Luca. At the same time, heinformed Wanda that the car was on its way to the villa.
After she ate with Old Man Rayne, Luca glanced at the time and saw that it was getting late. She said,"Thank you for your hospitality but it's getting late. I have to head home."
Wanda quickly said, "Luca, leave a little later."

Luca heard her and stood up. "Okay, I'll head off now."

Before she walked over, the driver had already spotted her. He got out of the car and opened the doorto the backseat for her. "Dr. Craw, I'm the driver Mr. Crawford sent to pick you up."
"Thank you." Luca got into the car.
The driver closed the door, returned to the driver's seat, and drove away.
Marie, who was standing on the opposite side of the road, saw Luca being picked up. She spat on thefloor angrily. "Ugh! Someone picked her up at this time? Why is her life so easy?"

Luca shook her head, lowered it, and laughed at herself.
The car passed her apartment complex without stopping.
Luca was stunned. "Uh, why didn't you stop?"
"The boss' order is to send you to the office. We're not there yet," the driver replied.

The car was on the way to T Corporation. However, when she thought of all the possible outcomes,she still clenched her phone. If things went awry, she would be ready to call the police at any time.
After a while, the car stopped in front of T Corporation.
The driver opened the door and said, "Dr. Craw, we're here."
Luca looked at the entrance of T Corporation. It seemed that Luke had indeed ordered the driver tosend her to the office. He had been prohibiting her to come to work due to her recent injury, so she wascurious as to why he asked the driver to bring her to T Corporation.
She asked the driver, "Am I supposed to go up?"
"Yes." The driver nodded.
Luca grabbed her things and got out of the car. Before she got in, the driver had already driven off.
It was no longer office hours but T Corporation was still brightly lit as though many were workingovertime. She looked at the building, took a deep breath, and walked in.
