"That's fair." Vivian nodded in agreement with what she said.

Percy found Luke and briefly explained the matter to him.
Luke looked solemn. After he heard about Percy's plan, he knew that Mallory Corporation would begoing through a reshuffle. "Mm. Let me know if there's anything you need my help with."
"I need your help this time. You just need to stand firm on my side," Percy said. With Luke's support,Mallory Corporation would be able to turn the corner.

After they were done talking business, Percy went downstairs and left with Nina.

"How are you so smart?" Percy could not help but pinch her cheeks lightly. He sighed because henoticed that Nina had lost weight again, even after he had put in so much effort to fatten her up.

Two days later, the New Year's holiday officially ended.

Luca organized her work clothes in Luke's bedroom.
She did not get to wear formal clothes for the past few days as it was New Year's, so she had put awayall the suits for work.
Luca took them out carefully and observed if they needed ironing.
Luke finished his shower and did not see Luca around when he returned. He guessed that she was inhis room, so he went over and saw that she was next to his closet, helping him organize his clothes.
"Let Aunt Neile do it." He noticed that Luca had the iron next to her, so he walked over and wrapped hisarms around her waist.
Luca leaned against his chest slightly and said, "I'm almost done. We don't need to bother Aunt Neilefor this."
"Aunt Neile has been complaining," Luke said and then bit her earlobe lightly.
Luca got a cold shiver. She wondered what Aunt Neile said, so she asked, "What's Aunt Neilecomplaining about?"
"Aunt Neile said that since you've been home on holiday recently and doing everything for her, she hasnothing to do." Luke chuckled. In the last few days when Luca was at home, apart from taking care ofthe children, she also did all the chores in the villa no matter big or small.
Luca did all the housework and even prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which left Aunt Neile withnothing to do.
After a few days of resting, she felt embarrassed and brought it up to him.
"Aunt Neile is supposed to be on holiday. If there wasn't something going on here, she wouldn't have tocome back to work so early." Luca smiled. Aunt Neile had a few days of free time, but she would haveto go back to work the next day. The housework in the villa would all be taken care of by Aunt Neilethen.
Luca felt a little reluctant to let go of the peace she felt the last few days when she thought of returningto work.

"You're done?" Luca dragged a chair over to his side to avoid Luke grabbing her to sit on his lap again.
"Mm, I'll sort out the details of the data today and then I can send it to the village chief. He'll carry outthe inspection work with the housing construction department. Then I can have the construction teambuild according to the drawing." Luke displayed his design drawing. He did not explain much as heknew that she understood it.
