Chapter 668

Lester said nothing, but from his serious expression, Grace could tell that he was deeply worried.

Grace could not understand what happened that made him so worried. Heinz even said that he agreed

to break up with her.

Although she didn't want to see Heinz, she didn't really think of breaking up with him.

That was because breaking up was really too extreme.

She turned on her cell phone.

Grace called Hermione first and said, "Hermione, thank you for providing me with accommodation. I

have something urgent to do, so I have to go now."

"Are you okay?" Hermione was very worried.

"I have to find Heinz," Grace replied. "Don't worry."

"Speak to Mr. Jones nicely," Hermione said, "If you need my help, just say it."

"Thank you, Hermione."

She hung up and scrolled gently through her phone and called Jensen.

They had just arrived at their home in the Hart Villa District.

Jensen received a call from Grace.

He picked it up. "Grace?"

"Jensen, what is going on?" Grace asked straightforwardly, "Can you tell me?"

"Where are you now?" asked Jensen.

"Lester and I are on our way to see Heinz," Grace said.

"Well, you go and see him. Heinz will tell you," Jensen said.

"It seems like you know something." Grace closed her eyes. "Tell me, Jensen. I want to know."

"I'm sorry." Jensen was in a dilemma. "It will be better if Heinz told you himself."

It seemed like Grace wouldn't get any more information out of him.

Grace also vaguely felt that something was wrong.

She thought for a moment and said, "Okay, I'll ask him myself."

She didn't say anything else and hung up the phone.

Looking around, she asked Lester, "Where is Heinz now?"

"The villa on the mountain."

"He didn't bring the kids?" Grace asked again.

"The children are well. The housekeeper has been taking good care of them. Don't worry."

Grace said nothing.

At this time, Alice just entered through the door and heard the conversation between Jensen and

Grace. She asked with great concern, "What happened to Grace?"

"There is something I want to tell you." Jensen stood at the door and looked at Alice with mixed

feelings. "I'm afraid that we have to go out."

"What's wrong?" Alice was very surprised. "You look like you're hesitating. Can't you be frank?"

"Let's go." Jensen took her hand and said, "Let's go and find Grace and Heinz now."

Alice dropped her things and went downstairs with Jensen.

When they drove away, she couldn't help but repeatedly ask, "What's going on? You asked me to come

with you, but you haven't told me what happened to my sister and Heinz yet?"

"Alice." A hint of guilt and worry flashed in Jensen's eyes. "Your sister and Heinz are going to face an

important decision in life. I don't know what will happen. I just feel that it's not good."

"Oh, what the hell are you talking about? Can't you be more direct? I don't understand what you're

talking about. You are making me confused."

"Jodie is still alive," Jensen told Alice this piece of major news.

Alice was dumbstruck as she sat there, and her eyes were full of horror. "When you said that Jodie was

alive, what about Heinz? Why did he deceive Grace? My sister loves him so much, but she was told

that he has a wife. What is the meaning of this?"

"It's a long story." Jensen was absent-minded the whole afternoon, so it was hard to explain it.

"Then you explain it to me." Alice was also anxious and her tone became cold. "I have plenty of time to

listen."

Seeing that Alice had changed into a different person when she heard about Grace, he became much

better at speaking.

He sighed and said, "Alice, Heinz didn't expect it to be like this."

Alice turned her face away and said irritably, "He didn't expect that? I don't believe it."

"Don't get angry with me." Jensen said, "It's not my fault."

"It's not your fault, but why didn't you say it before? Why did you wait until we finished dinner with your

father?"

"Alice, if I started telling you, you will lose your appetite." Jensen said, "That's why I'm telling you now."

When Alice heard what he said, she was very anxious and wanted to say something, but she was

stuck. "Forget it, I know that it's not your fault."

Missing this meeting with Jensen's father would also be inappropriate and would leave a bad

impression on him.

"I'm sorry, I'm worried about Grace and I took my anger out on you," Alice said with a sigh. "I'm really

sorry."

"It's alright." Jensen reached out his hand to rub her hair and said, "You are worried about your sister.novelbin

We have been together for a long time. I understand."

"My sister loves me and she treats me the best," Alice said. "For my sister, I'm willing to risk my life."

"Heinz told me this time that he is embarrassed to meet Grace." Jensen said, "When you meet him,

have some self-control. He doesn't want to do this either."

Alice looked confused. She did not know if she could control herself either.

She'd better try her best.

The villa on the mountain.

When they arrived, they saw Heinz's car parked there. The parking position of the car was a bit off, and

even the tires were not aligned properly.

It seemed like he was in a bad mood and had no time to think about it at all.

There was a faint smell of alcohol on Grace's body. When she got out of the car, she shook slightly.

Lester was worried. "Miss Smith, are you alright?"

"I'll live." Grace said, "I'll ask him about it myself."

"Alright!"

No one entered the house.

Grace walked up the stairs and pushed the door open. She was choked in an instant.

"Ahem! Ahem"

The smell of cigarettes in the room was particularly strong. Amidst the lingering white smoke, a tall

figure sat on the sofa, hunched over, and looking particularly depressed.

Grace frowned and walked over.

When Heinz heard the noise, he looked up. Suddenly, he saw Grace and he was stunned.

A painful feeling came to his chest, spreading all over his chest. He pursed his lips, and a touch of pity

flashed across his gloomy and handsome face.

Grace looked at Heinz who had a complicated look in his eyes. He only felt that Heinz seemed to have

a lot of burdens weighing on him.

She walked towards Heinz, step by step.

Heinz's heart ached so much that it felt like he was suffocating.

He saw that her face was very red. When she came over, there was a faint aroma of alcohol on her

body. Did she drink?

His heart ached even more.

Finally, Grace arrived in front of Heinz.

She looked at him, her eyes unblinking and calm as she said, "You want to break up?"

Heinz's pupils constricted several times. After a long while, he finally said, "l-l'm sorry."

Grace took a deep breath.

"l-l'm embarrassed to see you." Heinz looked at her and said, word by word, "Jodie isn't dead."

Buzz!

A clap of thunder exploded in Grace's mind.

She looked at Heinz in disbelief. She stared at him for a long while, and then her eyes calmed down.

Heinz couldn't bear to look into Grace's eyes. It was too painful.

When she saw the guilty look in Heinz's eyes, she knew that she was really heartbroken this time,

because she saw her pale reflection reflected in his pupils.
