Grace did not quite understand the ultimate purpose of Sonia's gamble.
Did she really want to express her love for Simon by sending him to prison?

Grace frowned and looked at Sonia for a brief moment. Then, she shook her head and said, "I can't
understand your feelings and your real purpose of doing so. If you can't tell us clearly, there's nothing
for us to discuss. We can't help you."
"Grace, I'm telling the truth." Sonia was a little anxious when she saw that Grace was about to leave.
"I'm helping Simon and myself."
"It's really strange for you to help him by sending him to prison."
"I'm pregnant." Sonia looked at Grace, "I can't get rid of the baby."
Grace was shocked and saw that Sonia's eyes were filled with tears.

"You are pregnant?" She looked at Sonia's belly subconsciously.
Sonia nodded and gently rested her hand on her stomach. "I just found out about this too. I wanted to

not to do so."
Grace was taken aback again.
"I've gotten rid of babies for Simon before. This would be the fourth time." Sonia said, "I know Marry
can't get pregnant. She and I have gotten ourselves into this game. Meeting Simon was meant to be. I
can't run from him."
Grace took a deep breath.
The news was rather surprising.
Sonia's mood became low and she felt very unhappy. "I am afraid that I can't be a mother for the rest of

Grace wanted to say that not everyone was as lucky as her.

"Grace, I think you can understand my feelings."

Grace didn't say anything.
Heinz said, "Miss Yeager, you have a really good plan, but why do you think we should accept your
proposal?"
"Mr. Jones, I don't want to lie to you." Sonia said, "I think you are the one who wants Simon to be in
prison the most."
"Of course," Heinz admitted openly. "He should be in prison. I can't wait for him to stay in prison for the
rest of his life."

Heinz caught her glance and raised his eyebrows.
"What do you have to say?"
"Nothing." Grace shook her head.
Heinz looked at Sonia and said in a deep voice, "Miss Yeager, if this is your motive, I think you've got
the wrong person."
"Mr. Jones." Sonia was flustered as she glanced at Heinz in surprise.
Heinz's handsome face sank and he said indifferently, "You are not qualified enough to negotiate
anything with me."
"I'm begging you." Sonia begged in a low voice, "I'm not negotiating with you."
"If you had said so earlier, maybe I would have accepted it." Heinz smiled sarcastically. "But since you
are saying it again now, I don't think it's necessary."
Sonia's face became pale. "Mr. Jones, please give Simon a way out of this. Give him a second chance.
I'm begging you."
"You've got the wrong person." Heinz's voice was cold and terrifying. "This is not something we can
interfere with. Simon's parents just came to us and now you've come to us as well. Why don't you just
go to the court? Perhaps, the court will give a light sentence."
Sonia was taken aback as she pursed her lips and continued, "Mr. Jones, this is exactly what I wanted
you to say. I hope that you don't seek revenge on us publicly."
Heinz's gaze darkened. "You are really good at scheming," he said.
Grace frowned. She looked at Heinz and said,
"Heinz, let's go."
"Grace, Grace." Sonia said anxiously, "Please help me. For my child's sake, I'm begging you."
After that, she stood up and knelt on the ground.
Grace was utterly shocked.
"Sonia, what do you think you are doing?"
Sonia knelt on the ground and glanced at Grace. Her eyes were red. "I really did it for the sake of my
child. I had no choice but to do this. I hope that Simon will go to jail but I don't want him to be in prison
for too long. A few years should be enough. If he spends his whole life in prison, his life will be ruined."
Grace frowned and her eyes sank.
She looked at Sonia and grabbed her to help her up.
Sonia looked at Grace anxiously, "Grace, please help Simon."
"Sonia." Grace said, "I can only tell you that this matter can only be decided by the law."
"Why are you so heartless?" Sonia cried in a low voice, "You have always been a kind-hearted woman
in my heart."
"That doesn't mean that you can threaten me by way of begging." Grace's attitude was firm. "I'm not
going to hurt Simon, nor will I disregard or exaggerate what he did. I will only speak the truth."
Sonia's heart skipped a beat as she stared at Grace.
Grace said in a serious tone, "If you really want to have the baby, make sure you take care of it. Don't
think too much. It's not good for the baby."
Sonia's face turned paler.
Grace turned to Heinz and said, "Heinz, let's go."
Heinz nodded his head.
They took each other's hand and left.
Sonia looked at them as they left. Her eyes darkened and her hand gently rested on her stomach. She
sighed.

Heinz looked at Grace, "You actually didn't help this time."
"It's because I'm afraid that you'll get jealous," Grace said lightly. "You always get jealous."
