Chapter 535

Grace's hands were stuffed with her son's savings. However, it felt really unique in her hands. Instead

of cash, these were cards, but they were not ordinary cards.

Grace was extremely astonished as she glanced at the things in her hands. She then shifted her gaze

towards Ernest.

The little kid's face was filled with excitement. His big eyes were even more adorable as he had just

cried.

He said to Grace eagerly, "Mommy, this is the money that I have saved over these years. Daddy gave

this one to me. I don't know how much there is in this bank card, but I haven't used it anyway. This was

given to me by Great-grandpa. You see, there are plenty of these. I would receive it every year."

Grace was in a state of shock and she glanced at Heinz. He seemed to be gratified too.

"I have indeed given these to Ernest, and Grandpa gave these to him as well. He doesn't really need it,

but we usually prepare it in advance."

"Daddy, how much money do these contain?" Ernest asked.

Heinz thought for a moment and said, "I will save two million dollars here every year until the day he

turns eighteen, then he can use it to start his own business."

"There are five cards here," Ernest spread out his fingers to count them. "So, it would be ten million,

right?"

"Yes," Heinz nodded.

Grace was stumped. This guy was such a big spender. Although two million dollars was considered

nothing to Heinz, it was considered a king's ransom to ordinary people.

"Daddy," Ernest rolled his eyeballs and looked at Heinz, saying, "You used to give these to me only, but

now that you know about my brother's existence, shouldn't you prepare the same five cards for my

brother?"

When Heinz heard this, he immediately nodded. "Of course. You are right. I should prepare five more

cards for your brother."

"Then, it'll be twenty million!" Ernest exclaimed, "Mommy, I'll give you everything I have, and Gary will

definitely give you his share. Then, you will be a rich woman with twenty million dollars."

Heinz sneered, "Kid, you are using my money to play the good person!"

"Daddy, you've promised to give it to me. Do you want to be a villain and go back on your words?"

Ernest was annoyed.

These were supposed to be for his mother. The kid even thought of using his brother's share by getting

it from his father.

Ernest looked at Heinz instantly and said, "Daddy, you have a lot of money. Quickly give Mommy some

money so that she doesn't need to work so hard." Grace shook her head the moment she heard this,

"Ernest, there's no need for that. Mommy doesn't want Daddy's or your savings."

"But why, Mommy?" Ernest was surprised.

Heinz glanced at Grace abruptly and frowned, "It's fine if you don't want to take their money, but why

don't you want my money either?"

As a man, it was only proper for him to take care of his woman well.

However, he felt upset when Grace refused. The man's bad habits were starting to haunt him again. He

frowned at Grace.

Grace faced Heinz and replied calmly, "You've already provided us a good place to live and a good life

for the children. There's no need for me to use the money."

Heinz suddenly stood up.

Both Grace and Ernest were startled.

Heinz turned around and left. Grace was unsure of what he was planning to do thus she shouted, "Hey,

what are you going to do?"

Heinz replied to her with his silence.

"Dad is angry," Ernest said.

Grace hesitated for a while.

"He's overreacting again," she thought.

Heinz did seem a little unhappy.

However, she didn't know what she had done to make him unhappy.

Heinz returned in a flash.

He held a box, and he handed it over to Grace, "These are my supplementary cards!"

Grace was shocked.

"There are some emergency funds in it," Heinz explained. "I'm giving these to you now."

Grace was dumbstruck at once.

Both the father and son had given her their cards that day. How could she accept them? She felt

uneasy the moment she saw the cards.

Grace remained speechless as she sat there nervously.

Heinz continued talking, "You will be in charge of keeping these. You can use them as you wish. Just

like an ordinary family, the wives are in charge of the household's finances."

"This really isn't necessary," Grace shook her head.novelbin

"Mommy, help us take care of it."

"Ernest, why don't you go out first and close the door for me. Daddy has something to talk about with

Mommy."

"Alright!" Ernest nodded his head. He went out obediently and closed the door as requested.

Only Grace and Heinz were left in the room.

He peered at Grace.

Grace hurriedly returned him everything. "I feel pressured to hold on to all of these."

"Take it." Heinz pushed the box back to her. "As a woman, you need to learn how to run a household."

Grace was still hesitating.

"Put this away. Let's get down to business."

Grace hesitated and then said, "Alright, I'll take care of it for you guys."

"You can use it as you wish," Heinz said. "The password is six zeros."

"The password is too simple." Grace felt that he was so lazy that he didn't even set a proper password.

"Yes, I was waiting for you to change it," Heinz said with a smile. "Finally, my assets and I have found

an owner."

There was a hint of flirtation in his words. Grace's face and ears flushed red upon hearing his words.

"You are talking nonsense again."

"No, I haven't had a sense of belonging for all these years." Heinz's eyes twinkled. "Now, I finally have

it."

She pursed her lips tightly.

Heinz stood in front of her. His figure was tall and majestic and he was exuding a stable aura.

He looked at Grace with his deep eyes filled with sincerity.

Grace's heart softened.

She said, "Well, I'll keep it well for you guys and change the password. I don't need the money, but I'll

let you know if I ever need it."

"You can use it as you wish," he replied gruffly. "My woman will never suffer any great inconveniences."

Grace chuckled again and nodded. "I got it. Thank you."

Heinz sat down beside her.

The atmosphere was very quiet.

Grace placed the cards in place. Then, she remembered what happened just now and said, "Heinz, I

just recalled. You were saying something about my cousin."

Heinz nodded.

"Zachary is a passion driven person. He's a legendary figure on Wall Street. He's even more powerful

than your bestie, Tyler."

Grace was dumbfounded.

"Zachary has built his career within the past five years. He was an unknown graduate who became a

major source of capital investment in Wall Street."

Grace was bewildered, "Is that considered legendary?"

Heinz nodded, replying, "He's indeed a legend. They said that his life is inspiring. He has a strong

educational background and a good eye for investments."

Grace was astounded.

"All the projects that he had invested in have a high return."

Through Heinz's tone, Grace seemed to figure that he admired him a lot.

"I didn't expect him to be so capable," Grace glanced at him. "You are even praising him, which is rare."

"I'm never stingy with my compliments for people with high capabilities."

Grace took a long breath and said, "So, it turns out that he is very capable. No wonder he had the

confidence to bring Grandma's ashes back to the Lowe Family's ancestral tomb. I hope my cousin can

do what Alice and I couldn't do."
