Chapter 517

"Sunny Group is mine! Don't even think about it," Marry roared. "An illegitimate child like you have no

rights to it!"

"Well, it doesn't really matter to me anyway. There's still Alice even if I don't get it." Grace replied. "She

can take over since she's about to graduate. As for you, you can stay in prison for the rest of your life."

"I don't want to go to jail," Marry blurted out. "I don't want to go to jail at all. Grace, you can't do this to

me."

Grace ignored her and left.

"Come back!" Marry screamed. "You can't leave! Our problems haven't been sorted out yet! You have

to let me out!"

Grace maintained an even pace as she headed out.

"Grace, I beg you. I have never begged you. Let me go. I don't want to go to jail. I really don't want to,"

Marry pleaded.

She didn't want to go to jail?

Grace smiled bitterly to herself.

Why didn't she think of the consequences when she took away Grace's child?

It was too late now.

Grace took a deep breath as she left the basement. She really hoped that everything would end as

soon as possible.novelbin

At that moment, Heinz stood before the door of the small room where Simon was locked up. He looked

at the man inside the room with disdain.

Simon stared back, his eyes full of hostility.

"Simon, you played yourself to death," Heinz said flatly. "How do you feel?"

"Heinz." Simon chuckled gently and said, "It's too early to say that. You still need evidence no matter

what."

"All the evidence has been recorded," Heinz replied. "You are a monster indeed. How could you do

such a thing to a newborn child?"

"That wasn't me," Simon remained calm. "That was Marry's doing."

"Well, I don't really care. Marry will accuse you of everything anyway and there must be some evidence

left behind after all your wrongdoings throughout the years." Heinz had planned ahead and sent

someone to investigate the matter.

As for what Simon had done to Grace and the child, there would be clues and evidence left behind.

Even though it might be difficult to gather them, justice would always prevail.

It was impossible to not have left any clues behind.

In a while, he would order people to investigate the matter thoroughly.

Simon glared at him piercingly.

Heinz looked at him and smiled.

In the end, Simon would be the one in handcuffs, and Heinz would be the one who was free.

The fact that one was locked up inside while the other one was outside created a sharp contrast.

Therefore, Simon must be feeling very anxious now.

Heinz understood negotiations in the business world. Now, he was in an advantageous position so he

naturally wouldn't lose his temper against the weaker person.

It was possible to punish him now, but Little Gary's words were only the words of a child. He wouldn't

have considered the big picture.

They stared at each other in silence. Simon grew a little anxious at Heinz's silence.

Simon frowned before saying, "Heinz, it's illegal for you to bring me here."

Heinz laughed at his words.

Simon's brows furrowed into a deeper frown. "What are you laughing at?"

"I'm laughing at you," Heinz replied. "Look at you now. How far have you fallen?"

"Heinz, you don't have to provoke me." Simon snapped. "Even if you lock me up, you can't erase my

past relationship with Grace."

Heinz's eyes narrowed, anger igniting in his heart.

Simon noticed his change in behavior and immediately took the chance. "You weren't even there when

Grace and I were in love."

"Stop talking about the past." Heinz chuckled and said, "You were in a romantic relationship with

Grace?"

Simon's heart skipped a beat. "That's right." "To hell with your romance." Heinz shrugged. "Are you

trying to provoke me? Then you're doing it wrong."

Simon's eyes flashed.

"Grace met me when she planned to confess her love to you. Such is fate."

"You were in love? What a joke."

"All of that was just a failed attempt at love. Did you think that I would pick a fight with Grace just for

this?"

Simon faltered as he realized that Heinz had seen right through him.

He did have that idea in mind.

"Simon, if you're a man, then stop playing these petty tricks. It's disgusting," Heinz said calmly.

Simon paled at his words.

Heinz chuckled. "Five years ago, I met Grace in the countryside by chance. She had given birth to my

children. Five years later, we managed to meet again and fell in love. This is our fate and no one can

ruin it."

"Did you think that our relationship would fall apart just because of you? Stop it. It's really no use."

"Fine," Simon nodded. "I admit defeat."

"You've already been defeated a long time ago," Heinz said blandly. "You can't even give the woman

you love a better life. You and Marry are really a match made in heaven. You're both monsters." "Then

beat me up," Simon said. "Beat you up?" Heinz raised an eyebrow. "Why should I?" "Then what's your

intention of bringing me here?" Simon frowned.

"Nothing really." Heinz laughed and turned to leave.

"Hey!" Simon was shocked. Was he really planning to leave just like that? Wasn't he planning to deal

with them after he dragged the both of them there?

How could he just walk away like that?

Heinz ignored him.

He walked out of the room and whispered to Lester about future arrangements. Lester nodded his head

to every word.

"President, I'll arrange for everything now. Don't worry about it."

"The result I want must be achieved," Heinz said in a low voice. "This time, we must not repeat the

same mistakes as we did with Lorenzo. Keep everything a secret, understood?"

"Yes."

"Go."

Lester quickly left.

Grace noticed Heinz as soon as she exited the basement.

He was smoking.

"Heinz," Grace called out faintly.

Heinz immediately turned around and saw her. "Everything done?" "Yeah," she nodded. "Do you want

me to deal with Marry?" Heinz inquired. "I heard her making a fuss just now."

Grace shook her head. "There's no need. We don't need to dirty our hands. If we call the police, we can

sue them for child abduction."

"That's for sure," Heinz agreed. "I just felt like there's a need for me to stand up for you."

"I'm content now. As long as the children are fine, nothing else is a problem." Grace looked at him and

said gently, "I have to live a good life from now onwards. It's not necessary to be angry with the wrong

people."
