Chapter 496

Grace still felt that something was wrong. "Sonia, I don't quite understand what you're saying."

Sonia smiled, "About that, I'll just tell you what I saw."

"Go ahead," Grace nodded.

"Simon is divorcing your sister, right?" Sonia asked.

Grace nodded, "I don't know the specifics, but that should be the case."

"Look, they're going to get a divorce, but your sister is very ill. It's inappropriate for Simon to leave her

and it's also inappropriate for him to take responsibility." Sonia looked at Grace and spread out her

hands. "You see, it's hard to get both sides together."

Grace hesitated. Was Simon really being good to Marry?

However, why did the guard say that he had gotten a doctor? Sonia was the owner of a boutique store,

not a doctor.

She looked at Sonia hesitantly and asked, "Is there a doctor here?"

"I didn't see one." After Sonia said that, she suddenly realized something, "You can go in and have a

look."

Go in and have a look?

After thinking for a while, Grace said, "Sonia, I thought you were a nurse."

"Me?" Sonia pointed at herself and burst into laughter. "I'm not born to be a nurse. It's not like you don't

know how I studied in the past. When I was in primary school, I always got zero marks in math exams."

Grace also smiled, and the two of them reminisced about the past.

However, Grace still had questions in her mind.

"You came here to look for Simon?" asked Grace.

"Yes," Sonia nodded. "Simon is a nice guy. He's in a bad mood, so I came to comfort him."

Grace's heart skipped a beat. Sonia came to comfort Simon.

Perhaps a woman's intuition was always sharp, but Grace thought of the mark on Sonia's neck almost

instantly.

At that moment, Sonia smiled, took out a business card from her bag, and gave it to Grace. "Well, I'm

in a hurry and have to go. This is my business card. Let's meet up some other day."

As she spoke, she handed the business card to Grace.

Grace had to take out her own business card and exchange it with Sonia.

"Alright, let's catch up another day."

Sonia quickly got into a tiny red car. When she drove away, she rolled down the window and wavednovelbin

goodbye to Grace with a smile.

Grace also waved her hand.

Watching the car leave, Grace narrowed her eyes. Suddenly, she turned around and walked back

towards the Smith family villa again.

At the door, she did not call the guard to open it. Instead, she called Simon directly. "Simon, I'm at the

door."

"Grace?" Simon was stunned for a moment and said in an excited voice, "Come in - no, wait, I'll go

out."

Simon quickly went downstairs and walked straight to the door. When he saw Grace, he was very

surprised. "You didn't leave?"

Grace saw that he had changed his clothes. It was obvious that he was in high spirits, and his hair

seemed to have been washed.

The marks on Sonia's neck, Simon's hair, and his change of clothes. All of these were so weird.

As soon as she saw Simon, she went straight inside.

Simon blocked her way, "Grace, Marry has just fallen asleep with a sedative. I'm afraid that she will be

even more agitated to see you."

Grace was taken aback. She looked sharply at Simon and asked, "Agitated? Are you sure that it was

because of me? Or was it because of you?"

Simon stared at Grace, "Whether it's you or me, we're the same to her. She is jealous of you and angry

with me. In her eyes and in her heart, we are all the same."

Grace was stunned for a while.

Thinking about how Sonia had asked her to take a look, she wondered what Sonia was referring to.

Her words were obviously pointing her towards something.

After thinking for a while, Grace still couldn't figure out what Sonia meant.

She looked at Simon again with a hint of suspicion in her eyes. "Simon, are you still going to divorce

Marry?"

Simon looked into Grace's eyes and said, "Do you expect me to divorce her?"

"This has nothing to do with me," said Grace.

"Since it has nothing to do with you, why do you have to ask me these questions?" Simon looked at her

in a daze and his tone was bitter.

Grace narrowed her eyes, looked in the direction of the villa, then looked away.

This was very suspicious.

However, she was not going to pursue it now.

She turned around and left.

Simon frowned as he watched her retreating figure.

After her car left, Simon looked at the guard and asked, "Did Miss Grace stay here the whole time?"

"She probably came back after leaving," The guard said. "By the way, Mr. Brown, Miss Yeager saw

Miss Smith at the door just now. They chatted for a while at the door. I don't know what they talked

about."

"They met?" Simon was a little surprised and his expression changed slightly.

The guard nodded, "Yes. Oh, I saw that they seemed to have exchanged business cards. Miss Yeager

was smiling, and Miss Smith was also looking happy."

Simon's eyes narrowed. He suddenly turned around and walked into the house.

He immediately called Sonia as soon as he entered the house.

When the phone was connected, he said in a low voice, "What did you say to Grace at the door?"

Sonia was startled for a moment, "I didn't say anything. Simon, Grace and I were classmates in primary

school. Both of us were very happy to see each other. We exchanged business cards."

"Exchanged business cards?" Simon couldn't help raising his voice.

"Yes." Sonia giggled and said, "Simon, you can rest assured that I know what should be said and what

shouldn't be said. You can rest assured about my character."

There was still a hint of suspicion in Simon's tone. "Sonia, you know what kind of person I am. It's best

if you don't make your own decisions. Otherwise, you might be meddling with something you can't

handle."

After a slight pause, Sonia's face stiffened. She smiled again and said, "Simon, I have nothing to ask of

you. If I did want something, it's for your own happiness. I also understand that our relationship is

based on mutual benefit. I do not want to get anything from you."

"Do you really not have any desire?" Simon's tone was ice-cold.

Sonia was stunned and immediately said, "Well, if there is any desire, it's sexual satisfaction. Simon,

other men can't give it to me, but you can."

Simon was not pleased by her words. "Don't play tricks on me."

"Of course, Simon, I wouldn't dare to play tricks on you no matter how bold I am," Sonia said with a

smile.

"You'd better be." After saying that, Simon hung up the phone.

Sonia also threw her phone on to the passenger seat.

She took a deep breath and a faint smile flashed across her eyes; her smile was as cunning as a fox.

Simon paced back and forth in the hall, his gaze sharp and constantly changing.

After hesitating for a while, he took a bottle of wine and a glass upstairs.

He poured a glass of wine, moved a chair in front of Marry and sat down while looking at her. He

sipped a mouthful of wine.

Marry glared at Simon with burning hatred.

"Don't look at me like that," Simon snorted. "I'm telling you, it's disgusting to be with you."

Marry's heart was welling up with anger, but it was of no use.

"Marry, I'll make it clear to you. I want you to go mad so it's useless for you to resist."
