Chapter 454

The morning sunlight was extraordinarily beautiful. When it shone through the window, Grace woke up

instantly.

She sat up immediately and looked around in panic, only to find that she was in Heinz's bedroom.

She heaved a sigh of relief.

She took out her cell phone and looked at the time.

It was half past seven.

Fortunately, she was not late.

"What's wrong?" Heinz's voice sounded beside her with concern.

Grace immediately shook her head and said, "It's nothing. I thought I was late. Fortunately, I'm not."

They stayed up so late last night that she had fallen into a deep and long sleep.

Usually, she would send her child to school, but when she woke up today, she realized that Little Gary

was already taken care of.

However, now that she couldn't see the child, she felt a little lost in her heart.

This was probably a mother's anxiety.

Grace breathed a sigh of relief and prepared to get up.

"Let's sleep for a while more," Heinz said languidly. "Don't you still have some time before going to

work?" "I don't want to sleep anymore!" She shook her head and said, "I need time to get up and get

ready. I'll have breakfast and take the medicine after that, and then I'll go to the Newspaper Office."

"You still have plenty of time," Heinz said consolingly. "I'll send you there."

"Time is tight. I was supposed to write a report yesterday, but it was delayed. I have to go in early

today," Grace said.

"If Hermione dares to make things difficult for you, I'll buy over the Newspaper Office," Heinz

immediately announced in an overbearing manner.

Grace was stunned and looked at him helplessly. "Excuse me, if you could just buy a company

whenever you're not happy, why don't you just buy the world."

Being teased, Heinz was also stunned. He realized that what he said was perhaps too domineering.

He looked up at Grace and said, "I don't have that much power to buy the world. I only do what I can

do."

"Fortunately, you didn't say you could do it," Grace laughed out loud. He was still rational in his ability.

Heinz shrugged. "Why would you show off if you can't even do it?"

Looking at him, she just smiled and said nothing.

"Besides, if I had that much time, I would rather use it to sleep with you. Why would I make things so

complicated for myself?" Heinz said.

"Stop talking. The more you talk, the more despicable you become," Grace said. She was embarrassed

by what he said.

"I'm serious." He said frankly, "I do what I can and do what I do best."

"Me too," Grace said sincerely, "So it's my job to write the report, Mr. Jones."

"I know." He also got up and prepared to wash up. "I still want to ask for your time so we can sleep

together."

"Screw you," Grace said. Then, she turned around and left.

She went into the bathroom and came out after washing up. Heinz had already taken a bath in the

guest room.

She glanced at him. He was putting on a white shirt.

"Uh, why white?" Grace asked.

"Don't I look good?" He asked.

"You do look good," she sincerely praised him.

It indeed looked good on him. Wearing a white shirt, not only did it make him look taller, but it also

made him look strong and powerful.

It was indeed very good.

Heinz thought for a moment and said, "I'm going to meet the old fogey today, hence, I have to dress

properly."

"Old fogey?" Grace was confused.

"My grandfather," Heinz said lightly.

"You don't respect your grandfather at all, do you?" She found it very strange. Who would call their

grandfather that? He simply didn't care about him at all.

"I don't respect him." Heinz also smiled and didn't try to hide the truth. "My grandfather likes it that way.

Do you understand?"

"I don't understand." She also tidied up her clothes, which was a very simple blouse and straight-

legged trousers. It was very comfortable.

Heinz looked at her and explained, "He’s too lonely in his old age. He doesn't like people to be too

polite with him. He finds it boring."

"Your grandfather is like that?" Grace looked at him suspiciously. "Why do I feel like you're defaming

your grandfather?"

"He's my grandfather, and I've been like this to him since young. I can't change it," Heinz said. "You

may not really understand now but you'll understand it in the future."

Grace nodded. Indeed, she didn't know much about what was going on.

"Come on, let's go down and have breakfast," Heinz said.

It took the two of them more than 20 minutes to eat breakfast and for her to take the medicine.

While getting in the car, Grace said, "I want to meet with the kids tonight."

"I'll ask Alex to bring them over. They can stay here tonight," Heinz said.

"Really?" Grace asked.

"Of course. I've asked the butler to clean up two kids' rooms next to each other. Each of them will take

one room," Heinz said.

"When did it happen?" Grace asked in surprise.

"The past few days," Heinz said. "Everything has been cleaned up."

"That's great." She was very happy. "Tonight, I'll accompany them."

"Sure." He was also very happy. "I do miss them quite a bit too."

Soon, they arrived at the Newspaper Office.

After saying goodbye to Heinz, she entered the Newspaper Office and began sorting out the

documents.

When Heinz returned to the company, he received a call as soon as he entered the office.

"You said you would come see me, but you haven't come yet. When are you coming?" Old Master

Carter asked.

"At noon." Heinz said, "It's still early."

"You have the final say. It's not like you need to ask for leave. Why are you not here yet? Hurry up and

come over!" Old Master Carter said anxiously.

"Why are you in such a hurry?" Heinz was no longer polite. "Why are you urging me like this?"

"Hurry up. If you don't come here, you'll have to bear the consequences yourself," Old Master Carternovelbin

said.

"I'm not going anymore," Heinz simply roared, "I'm not your soldier. Don't order me around."

"Hmph!" Old Master Carter snorted. He had never suffered such a loss before. Hence, he was angry,

too. "Alright, I can't control you. You can do whatever you want."

The phone was hung up and a prompt 'beep' was heard on the other side of the line.

Heinz frowned and hung up his phone. He frowned and said in a low voice, "Why is he so hot tempered

at such an old age?"

As Heinz muttered to himself, Lester was careful not to say anything else. This was a fight between the

President and his grandfather.

It had been a long time since they last fought.

If the old man was polite, so was the president.

If the old man was unceremonious, the president would be even more unceremonious than him.

They were simply enemies in their previous lives.

"Lester."

Suddenly, Heinz's deep voice was heard.

"Yes!" Lester immediately answered respectfully, "As you command."

"Find me a few unmarried women in their fifties," Heinz said.

"Unmarried women in their fifties?" Lester thought he had misheard.

"Yes!" Heinz sat down on the chair and said lightly, "I have to find a companion for the old fogey."

"Wouldn't it be better to find a twenty year old?" Lester asked.

"Do you think it's appropriate for me to call someone in her twenties my grandmother?" Heinz's

handsome face darkened. "Do you think it's appropriate? My grandmother would be eight or nine years

younger than me."

"But it's too hard to find an unmarried woman in her fifties," Lester said. He really felt that it was hard to

find a woman in her fifties who was not married yet.
