"Are you really Gary's sister?"
"Yeah, but I'm a woman. Of course I'll be on your side. Relax Celeste, I'll support you whenever youargue with Gary," Sylvia replied honestly.
"Thanks, Sylvia. I'll try not to argue with your brother," Celeste said.

Sylvia was so direct that Celeste admired her.
Celeste suddenly thought of something and asked, "Are you curious about your brother and I? Doyou want to know if we've argued? Is that why you eavesdropped on us?"

Celeste thought for a moment and said, "How about we ask Gary for help? He's a computer whiz,and he'll be able to send it anonymously over the internet. It'll save the hassle of mailing it too!"
"Tell my brother? Wouldn't the secret be out that way?" Sylvia shook her head immediately. "I thinkwe should do this ourselves. We might alert others if we ask for help."
"Then how do we get the principal's address? How about I secretly get Gary to find out and tellyou?"
"No way, Gary is really smart and he'll find out our secret in no time. Plus, you'll tell him what's goingon as soon as he pressures you a little bit, so I kind of regret telling you about this. I don't think youcan keep it to yourself." Sylvia rolled her eyes as she spoke. "You're way too honest. You wouldn'teven know if my brother tricked you."
Celeste felt a little ashamed as Sylvia was right. She might actually end up telling Gary.
However, Celeste shook her head in denial and said in a certain tone, "Don't worry, I won't tell Garyabout this."

After a long chat with Sylvia, Celeste felt that she understood Sylvia better. She thought that Sylviawas a very clever kid, and Celeste wouldn't need to worry about her.
