Chapter 154

Grace Smith was stunned for a moment and did not dare to move.

His hand still grasping the back of her hand, as he clenched it very tightly.

"I'll let you go, and you can let me go too," Grace said in a low voice, lifting the corner of her mouth

while she squeezed out an awkward smile.

If they continued to be so intimate, neither of them could get back home.

She saw that Heinz was a stubborn man. He had no restraint and had no self-control at all now.

This reminded her of the time when Heinz was seduced by the actress Cindy, he was not interested at

all at that time.

But now, she didn't even need to do anything, but he was losing all control.

Heinz lowered his head to look at her with a deep gaze.

Grace pulled back her left hand and stroked his chin gently with one hand. She said softly, "Let me go. I

really have to go back, and be a good influence on my sister."

Heinz was still looking at her quietly. He did not know whether he was reluctant to part with her, or

perhaps he could not calm himself down.

Grace saw that he didn't move, so she pulled out her other hand.

But he still forcibly held her hands tightly.

She could only say in a low voice, "Still a 'no'?"

He leaned forward.

At that moment, she understood his hint.

All of a sudden, Grace dared not look at him in the eye. Her face was red, and it spread to the tips of

her ears. He came closer again.

The two of them held their breath, feeling a little restless.

Finally, Heinz took a deep breath and said, "Okay, I'll let you go back."

She let out a sigh of relief in her heart and thought, "If we continue to do it, it will be a disaster, I am

afraid that I can't even walk properly tomorrow, because my legs are going to be crippled."

Only then did she pull out her hands and jumped out of the car. "Then I'll go back now."

Heinz coughed and cleared his throat. "Take this supper and go back to eat with your sister."

As he said this, he took out the box. It was a big box, and it was heavy. It seemed to have enough for at

least two people.

Grace lifted it up, looked at him, and nodded, "Thank you."

"Go ahead," he said in a deep voice, with a bit of restrained hoarseness in his voice.

"Goodbye." Grace turned around and walked away with the take-away box in her hand.

Her sweater was wrinkled, her hair was messy, and dripping with sticky sweat. She had to take a bath

when she went home.

It was so crazy, the both of them are like a couple of insane people. They behaved like lost souls who

had been walking in the desert for many days. When they encountered a pool of water, they couldn't

care about anything else and immediately drank it all.

She walked towards the apartment and then turned back to look at Heinz. She saw him standing next

to the 7-seater car, lighting a cigarette and smoking it. The scarlet fire on the cigarette butt flickered

between his slender fingers.

She frowned. This person was always smoking. She didn't know if he liked smoking six years ago.

Little Gary was smart, so he should not be influenced.

After thinking about it, she felt that she had thought too much. She couldn't help but laugh and quickly

left.

The night wind blew, bringing a hint of coolness. The sweat on her body had soaked her clothes, at this

moment, she inadvertently shivered and felt a little cold.

As soon as she entered the door, she received a phone call.

When she saw it was Heinz who called, she changed into her slippers and picked up the phone.

"What's wrong?"

"Have you reached yet?" he asked.

"I've just entered the door," she replied.

"Shut the doors and windows and rest early," he said.

"Uh." Grace didn't expect that he would say so again, so she replied, "I know, you too."

Heinz responded with a grunt and did not speak for a long while.

Grace was waiting to hang up the phone. "Is there anything else?"

When Heinz heard her urging him to hang up the phone, he gritted his teeth and said, "You're in such a

hurry to rest."

Grace was stunned and realized what he meant. She immediately said to him, "I'm worried that you still

need to travel home. You should go early. You must be tired today."

He saved her and worried about her. It was really tiring.

However, what Grace heard gave her a different feeling.

He smiled and said, "Not at all. If the situation allows, I can still 'do it' all night."

Grace was stunned realized that this was going the wrong way. When she came to her senses, she

raised her voice and said, "That's it, I'm going to take a bath."

A cheerful laugh came from the other end of the phone. "Go take a bath. Make sure you smell nicenovelbin

after your bath."

"I won't talk to you anymore," She said as she pouted.

"See you tomorrow," he said again.

Hanging up the phone, Grace realized something. 'See you tomorrow?'

"No, we definitely can't see each other tomorrow!"

Putting down her supper and phone, she looked up and saw her sister Alice Smith looking at her

cunningly. She was laughing with her mouth wide open.

Alice had also changed into a pyjama set.

"Sister, you went to meet Heinz this late at night. Your clothes are wrinkled, your hair is messy, and I

suppose your neck was gnawed by him, isn't it?" She laughed.

Grace looked at herself and was very embarrassed. Her face turned red and she said to her sister,

"Don't talk nonsense."

"Sister, I'm not talking nonsense. I'm looking at you with my big bright eyes. I can see everything

clearly. How can I talk nonsense?" Alice came over and exclaimed as she got closer.

"Oh my god. Sister, Mr. Jones is so violent. He's so scary, it is horrifying, how can he bite your neck like

this?" Alice continued to exclaim.

Grace took a look at the mirror at the door. There were red marks on her neck, which were very

obvious. The old ones had not gone yet, but the new ones had appeared.

"Ah." Grace sighed and seemed to think of something, saying to her, "Alice, don't learn from me. You

have to know that women have to behave themselves and be reserved. I made a mistake. The price I

have to pay in the past six years is really painful."

Alice's eyes blinked, and there was a flash of light in her eyes. "Sister, I know. I know what you mean,

but I think you're finally in a good situation after those bad experiences."

Grace was stunned for a moment, thinking about herself and Heinz. She shook her head and said,

"Alice, you don't always get a good ending after a hard experience. Women should never rely on men.

They should rely on themselves. Men are only an additional perk. Even without men, women should

not be short of money. Being financially independent is a sign that you are strong, and you will live life

more confidently."

"Sister, I understand," Alice said. "Don't worry. I'll be fine. I'll listen to you."

"Has Little Gary slept?" she asked again.

"He's asleep." Alice nodded.

"Well, I'm going to take a bath." Grace pointed at the take-away box and said, "Here's something to eat.

If you're hungry, have some."

"I don't want to eat anymore." Alice shook her head. "The dinner is probably still in my stomach."

She had eaten too much for dinner.

Grace opened it, took a bun from the box and ate it as she walked into the bedroom. "Put the rest in

the refrigerator. We can have them tomorrow morning."

"Okay," Alice said.

When she was washing up, she found that her body was covered with red marks, and her legs were

still wobbly. After her shower, she put on her clothes and fell on the bed. Then she fell asleep

immediately.

She didn't know if it was because she didn't dry her hair or because she took a cold shower at noon,

and that she went out with Heinz in the cold night, her runny nose had gotten more serious.

She caught a cold.
