Chapter 1081 Unable To Be Courteous

There was really someone who would provoke Little Gary and not mind making a big deal.

Little Gary glanced at Ernest and said, "Forget about it. You will never be able to change this fact in this lifetime. You can only bemy younger brother, and | will always be older than you."

Ernest laughed and said, "Are you angry, Gary? Why are you so angry over such a small matter?""I'm done talking to you." Little Gary really ignored him this time and left.

At the hospital...

Timothy brought Alice to the hospital. In the corridor, he stopped dead on his tracks.

Alice almost instantly understood Timothy's anxiety.

She looked at him and said, "Mr. Yarbrough, might as well go in and see my sister."

"No, I've already visited her before. I'm afraid I'll upset her if | go in now. | don't want to do that." Timothy particularly blamedhimself for this. The guilt he had for his daughter was indescribable.

“My sister is a very tolerant woman. She won't be so upset with you," Alice said. "How about this, you wait here for a while. I'll goin and assess the situation first, and then I'll tell you later."

“Alright, you should get going." Timothy nodded. He was very appreciative of Alice's courtesy. "Do help me comfort Grace. |really feel sorry for her."

Alice didn’t say anything more and she quickly made her way towards Grace's ward.

When the bodyguards saw her, they knocked on the door to report her presence.

"Mr. Jones, Mrs. Jones, Miss Alice is here."

“How did Alice know?" Grace asked Heinz in surprise, "Did you tell her about it?"

“Perhaps Jensen did,” Heinz said. "I didn't tell Alice personally, but since Jensen knew of it, he must've told Alice."

"Jensen also knows?" Alice happened to step in and heard Heinz speaking. "| can't believe he didn't tell me. The whole world butme knows my sister has been hospitalized."

Alice dashed in, leaving the bodyguards behind. She frowned as soon as she saw Grace.

"Grace, you've gotten thinner." Alice walked to the side of the bed and looked at Grace with bloodshot eyes. "What exactlyhappened this time?"

Immediately, Grace reassured her, "I'm fine now. Don't worry."“| want to know the truth.” Alice looked at Heinz again. "Heinz, what on earth is going on?""Didn't Jensen tell you?" Heinz said.

"Jensen didn't tell me anything. I've been missing Grace, so | went to visit her and the kids. It was only then | found out that shewas hospitalized." Alice said.

Heinz still explained the whole story to Alice.

Taking everything in, Alice was also very shocked. "No wonder Mr. Yarbrough said this had to do with him. He is indeedinvolved."

"You've met him?" Heinz asked."He's at the door." Alice then looked at Grace and whispered, "Grace, do you really blame him for this?”Grace shook her head and said, "I don't. He didn't mean it anyway. It's just, | don't know how to face him sometimes."

"| understand." Alice looked at her slightly protruding belly. Being pregnant with twins made her belly slightly bigger than othernormal pregnancies. "How are the children? Are they hurt?" "The doctors gave us two results, but | don't think it is a big deal,”Grace said. "My contractions haven't been affected, nor are there any signs of miscarriage. There should be no issues, but I'mnot entirely sure that they weren't hurt at all."

"So now, Mr. Yarbrough's ex- wife has turned herself in, | guess she is owning up to her actions? But, | think even if she wants totake responsibility, there's nothing much she could do. If she really did cause major damage, wouldn't the consequences beirreversible?"

"Yes." Heinz said in a deep voice, "Who doesn't want her to be responsible? She should pay for what she has done. Otherwise, everyone in the world can hurt and trample on other people's lives at will."

“Heinz, Mr. Yarbrough looks very pitiful. | think he is probably very upset and blaming himself over this. After all, he doesn't wantto hurt my sister," Alice said. "Let him come in and see her again."

“Alice, why do you think the same as Jensen? He also wants to be the peacemaker." Heinz looked at Alice and said resentfully,"To be honest, | don't want to see anyone right now."

“But Mr. Yarbrough means a lot to Grace. Although she wouldn't say it aloud, Mr. Yarbrough is still her father. Heinz, do you reallyknow Grace?" Alice looked at Heinz.

She knew that what she and her sister had in common was that they both longed for familial affection. Mr. Yarbrough didn't do iton purpose, therefore no matter how many mistakes he had committed, it was still worth forgiving him.

Heinz subconsciously turned to Grace. She looked down and didn't speak. In an instant, Heinz felt as if his heart was beingstrangled by something. He gasped and didn't move for a long time.

He understood that Grace longed for family, thus he sighed and said softly, "Alright, let him in!"

Grace also raised her eyelids and looked at Heinz immediately.

Heinz said, "Alice and Mr. Yarbrough will accompany you. I'm going out. I'll be back soon."

"Heinz," Grace called out to him in concern.

"Don't worry. I'm going to attend to some affairs." Heinz patted Grace's hands. "You know what, I'll call him in."

"Alright," Grace said.

Soon, Heinz walked out of the ward.

He saw Timothy standing in the corridor facing the wall, looking pitiful as if he was punished to face the wall and recall his

"Huh?" Timothy was surprised, but then he nodded. "Alright."

Heinz didn't say anything else and departed quickly.

Timothy stood at the door for a while before he approached and knocked on it, only entering after getting permission.

Grace looked at him as he looked at her.

"Mr. Yarbrough, this is Jensen Charm. Madam Berkeley is throwing up blood. She is on the way to the hospital now."
