Xavier’s lips curled into a mischievous smile. He remained as unpredictable as ever. “You’re the onewho invited me here, so shouldn’t you at least show some confidence?”
The two men were locked in an invisible battle. The atmosphere became weirdly tense.

Renee gulped and suggested cautiously.
