Chapter 1625

Chapter 1625

"Is it bad? I find it simple actually." Leia snorted and looked at Shirley, who appeared pitiful. "I want to

avenge myself and vent my anger. I want to beat her up, and she gave me permission to. We don't

think it’s bad, but an outsider like you does, huh?" "I know that you're mad, so you're acting out of spite

and can't see the consequences, but I'm rational. I won't see you go mad like this..." Xavier held Leia's

hand and pulled her into his arms. "Trust me-you'll regret it if you take revenge on her today." "What's

there to regret? Will I be afraid that she'll take revenge on me or are you going to take revenge on me?

Do you want to help her slap me?" Leia was so close to Xavier that he could see the anger and grief in

her eyes. She leaned in close and whispered in his ear, "I won't stop you if you want to save the

damsel in distress, but please get in line. We'll settle our grudges once I'm done avenging myself."

Then, Leia struggled out of Xavier's grip and quickly slapped Shirley again as she stood behind her.

Now, both Shirley's cheeks were swollen, and even her lips had started bleeding.

"Ugh!" Shirley collapsed on the floor, her hair covering her face and hiding the hatred in her eyes. She

kept on pretending to be pitiful as she asked shakily, "Ms. Osborne, are you no longer mad? If not, you

can keep on slapping me until you are." "It's not that easy. I'm covered in injuries, but I only slappednovelbin

you twice. Plus, I have yet to humiliate you. That's the important part." Leia recalled how those fans

shaved her hair and laughed at her. They made a scene and cursed her for being a homewrecker who

had snatched another woman's man away. They surrounded her and took her photos, and even did a

livestream to mock her.

She couldn't just let this go. Her pain couldn't be written off so easily, and she wasn't a believer in the

concept that hardships only made you stronger. She only believed in karma, and that people would

reap what they had sown. She just wanted Shirley to feel the same despair she had.

"You... You slapped me. What else do you want? Do you want to shave my hair and strip me bare? I

think you'd better stop now. I'm sure Xavier won't let you do it even if you want to." Shirley pitifully

crawled over to Xavier and tugged at his trouser leg, her eyes watery. "Xavier, I know that I was wrong.

Hurry up and talk some sense into Ms. Osborne. Tell her that my dignity is strong, and nothing is more

important than my dignity. She can beat and scold me, but please don't let her humiliate me. I don't

want to bring shame to you..." "You should leave.' Xavier ignored Shirley's words and ordered coldly.

"Leave?" But Shirley didn't want to go. If not, her sufferings would be in vain. She wanted to see how

Xavier would teach Leia a lesson, so she pinched her leg. She looked flushed and in pain as she

whimpered, "Xavier, my legs are numb. I can't stand up."
