Chapter 370

Yun Muyu gobbled the food down without any care for safety or etiquette. She was thoroughly enjoyingthe experience.

"Ahh… Some proper food at last! I'm so sick of delivery food. Is that even safe for humanconsumption?"

"I'll throw out those boxes for you then?"

"No, I'm saving it for supper."

"…" Chu Feng was speechless. The young woman looked as though she had not eaten for a year. Shelooked pathetic, actually.

Meanwhile, Yun Muqing was busy tidying up the entire house. She was already drenched in sweat, andher expression was filled with resentment.

Chu Feng could not bear to see her exerting herself. He complained, "Yun Muyu, are you a dog orsomething? There's not a single square inch in this entire house you didn't make a mess of. Who wouldwant to marry you in the future?"

"None of your business!" Yun Muyu said with her mouth full of food. She glared at Chu Feng andblinked. "I'll stay single for the rest of my life then! No one cares for me or loves me anyway. You threewent on a camping trip and left me alone at home. You must have enjoyed so many feasts, while I hadto stay home and eat instant noodles. No one loves, and no one cares about me…"

Yun Muyu was seized by a sudden pang of sorrow, and tears began to fall.

Chu Feng rubbed his nose, feeling a little embarrassed, and whispered to Yun Muqing, "I think I mighthave been a little overboard. I feel sorry for her. Maybe we should comfort her?"

"No need at all," Yun Muqing said calmly. "She has episodes like these once in a while. She'll be finesoon."

"Chu Feng!" Yun Muyu wiped away her tears. She handed the empty bowl to Chu Feng with a grin onher face. "Another bowl, please!"

"…"

Looks like I didn't have to worry about her after all.

After dinner, Yun Muqing spent the next two hours cleaning the house. They rested for a short whilebefore two special guests arrived at the mansion. novelbin

They were Tang Feng and Wang Hui, Xiao Hu's parents.

"Sorry to bother you, Chu Feng and Muqing. We're here to pick Xiao Hu up," Wang Hui said politely.

"Daddy! Mommy!" Xiao Hu was overjoyed when he saw his parents. He ran over and leaped into theirarms.

Tang Feng laughed heartily and raised his son high up in the air. "Thank you for taking my son to thewinter camp, Mr. Chu. We were too busy with work, and we couldn't make time for the event. I hope myson didn't bring you too much trouble?"

Yun Muqing smiled and waved her hand. "Not at all. Xiao Hu is a good boy. He hopes you two couldspend some more time with him though. His childhood will pass by in the blink of an eye, and beforeyou know it, he'll already be grown up."

Tang Feng and his wife sighed and nodded in agreement.

Chu Feng ushered them into the living room, and they sat down and chatted for a while.

Tang Feng was amazed by the grandeur of Chu Feng's mansion. He surveyed the interior beforeexclaiming, "Your house is magnificently opulent, Mr. Chu. I've never seen a house as grand as yours."

A fitting residence for the Dragon Soul's God of War! He thought.

"Yes, indeed. Tang Feng's ancestral house isn't half as grand as this…" Wang Hui said excitedly. Shecould see the pavilions, the pond, and the golf course from where she was sitting. "This mansion mustcost a bomb, isn't it?"

"It's not a lot, only half a billion!"
