Chapter 1987

He turned around and walked toward the Array Eye Door after he finished speaking. His steadysteps and indifferent facial expression caused Noel to be stunned on spot once again. In Noel'seyes, Fane's image had completely changed. He was like a rock that never changed, regardless ofwind and rain. Maybe this person could really create miracles. However, he subconsciously shookhis head when he thought about how crazy the soulshockwaves of difficulty level four were.

It was still an area of sticky darkness and it was even more viscous compared to the difficulty leveltwo previously. This time, the space even blocked Fane from walking forward. He felt the spacesurrounding him seemed to be filled with two buckets of

glue and they were sticking to every single corner of his body, preventing him from moving forward.

However, the resistance was not extremely strong. After he exerted twice the strength he exertedpreviously, he was still able to walk three steps forward. This was where he stood the last time.

At that moment, the familiar creaking sound could be heard again. A strong soul motion cameblowing over with a swooshing sound and it was so strong that it made it difficult to breathe. Thissoulshockwave was obviously several times stronger than the previous soulshockwaves. It ignoredFane's body and directly hit on his soul.

This time, the attack not only caused a tingling sensation on the soul but also blurred his spirit. It feltlike a thousand ants were biting his soul and they were dragging him into the abyss while eatinghim.

Fane once again screamed in agony. He thought that after his first experience, he would be able topersist during his second time of facing the soul-shockwaves, even though the intensity was severaltimes stronger. However, it seemed like he had underestimated how terrifying the level four soul-shockwaves were! With a muffled bang, Fane's legs turned into jelly and he directly fell to theground.

He was still capable of supporting himself the first time he fell. However, the impact this time tookaway all his strength and he fell straight to the ground. What scared Fane the most was the fact thatthe soulshockwave was invading his soul and changing his soul motions. This caused Fane to beon alert.

Under the attack of such strong soulshockwaves, Fane became mentally ambiguous. However, hewas extremely sure of one thing. If he did not quickly make the adjustments, he might end up likewhat Noel said.novelbin

He would die in this place!

He forcefully inhaled and bit his own lower lips with his last bit of energy. The pain allowed him tokeep his consciousness. He used all his strength to support his body as he continuously wrote outthe runes to activate the Destroying the Void with his hands!

Two black lights gradually gathered in his palms and they were the soul swords he successfullyperformed previously. Both soul swords were held by Fane in his palms. He lightly gripped ontothem and both soul swords turned into a layer of thin mist, covering Fane's body. They withstoodthe strong soul-shockwaves on behalf of Fane!

This was truly a Heaven-level martial skill as it was still able to withstand the attack while facingsuch strong soul-shockwaves. Although it was just a barrier formed by two soul swords, it wasstrong and persistent, just like crested dogs' tails under strong wind!

With this layer of protection, Fane was finally able to relax. What he had to do right now was to formthe third soul sword. If he could only form two soul swords, Fane was not certain that he couldcompletely defeat Wesley. After all, Wesley could be considered a genius disciple and could not belooked down upon.

However, forming the third soul sword was not an easy task. Under the continuous impact from thesouls, Fane felt his soul motion with much difficulty and used it to successfully form the soul sword.
