“Well, capturing a criminal is also part of my duty. With that in mind, I’m more than willing to help youtake down such scum!”
The second Gerald’s sentence ended, Aiden’s intercom suddenly began beeping. With the push of abutton, a message began playing on the other end of the intercom.
“Group one! Group one! We’ve located Maverick Wakins! He’s currently driving a stolen car on themain road of Mayberry City’s Yonder Street after kidnapping two girls! From the looks of it, he’s headedtoward South Street this very moment! Your team has been ordered by the higher authorities to headthere immediately to provide support! “Roger that! Received!” replied Aiden as he and his men quickly stood up.
“We’ve found him, brother!”

Since Gerald already knew that Noelle could be found on campus, he wasn’t all that worried aboutlocating her again. What more, he truly needed Aiden’s help to seek Noelle’s forgiveness in hope thatshe would eventually be willing to offer him some of her invigorating blood!
