Chapter 616
The atmosphere in the room grew sensual and even the sea breeze that blew in added to the
passionate scene.
Madelyn lost track of time before it finally ended. Her senses were numb as she drifted in and out of
consciousness.
Everything only ended after the sunlight appeared outside the window. Madelyn was so drained that
she did not even have the energy to move a finger. She fell into a deep and heavy sleep.
Zach came out of the bathroom with Madelyn, who he had just showered with, in his arms. His body
exuded a misty warmth, and his snow-white skin seemed to have bruises everywhere.
Zach gently laid her on the bed, opened the bedside drawer, and took out a bottle of ointment. He
squeezed some out and applied it evenly between Madelyn's legs, where there was some redness and
even slight bleeding... However, the tearing was not too bad. Madelyn, whose eyes were still closed,
hummed softly and frowned as if she was in pain, so Zach became even more gentle with his
movement.
After an hour of taking care of Madelyn, Zach heard someone knocking on the door before he couldnovelbin
have the time to even rest.
Kevin reported to Zach, "Mr. Jardin, the ship has docked. We can leave any time from now."
"Get me a new set of clothes for her," Zach said.
Kevin paused momentarily before he responded, "Sure."
Kevin soon returned with a new set of clothes that fit Madelyn perfectly.
Zach helped her dry her hair and dress her in the new clothes before carrying her out of the cruise.
In the spacious Bugatti, Madelyn slept on Zach's lap, showing no signs of waking up.
It was not until they arrived at the hotel that Madelyn finally got to have a peaceful sleep.
The sun rose and set again, casting a crimson hue across the sky as a faint glimmer of light seeped
through the thick curtains in the room.
Madelyn moved her finger, feeling as though her entire body had been run over by a car. It was aching
all over. She then realized the warmth beside her, and someone's arm wrapped around her waist.
Her eyes were dry and swollen. She had no idea how many times she had cried and called out to Zach.
To her, he was simply a heartless beast.
Madelyn felt disgusted and brushed his hand off. In the next moment, Zach, who had appeared to be
sound asleep, instantly woke up. A cold glint flashed across his eyes as his piercing gaze shot toward
Madelyn.
He tightened his grip and immediately pulled Madelyn back toward him.
Madelyn's back was pressed tightly against his chest. She grabbed his hand and said with her face
filled with resentment, "Let go of me!"
"Do you want to sleep a while longer or shall we continue?" He spoke as if those were the only choices
Madelyn had.
Madelyn's heart skipped a beat and she suddenly fell silent.
Zach had always been like this; rough and inconsiderate of her feelings.
Madelyn knew going head-on against him would only result in her paying the price tenfold in agony.
The sound of their steady breathing could be heard in the quiet hotel room, and Madelyn's heart was
racing.
After some time, she finally spoke up, "I have something to do, and I need to go back to school."
