Levi was incredulous. “Can the Restaurant of Peace really grant amnesty to criminals? If I go into thatrestaurant after killing hundreds of people, will I be safe? Can nobody touch me?”
Michael nodded. “Yes, that’s right. Hence, everyone regards the Restaurant of Peace as the strongestforces in South Hampton.”
