Even Dr. Erebus and the Digital God could not believe what they heard and were on the verge ofquestioning Levi for protecting those people.

“Levi, you should see just how many of us agreed that you have to do this,” voiced the leader of thegroup before gesturing for others to bring a banner forward.
As soon as they unfolded the banner, Levi saw that it was riddled with thousands of signatures.
“This petition has been signed by thousands of people urging you to direct the resources to Erudia. Weall think that is the best course of action.”
“Of course, that doesn’t mean we’ll leave your daughter to die. With our resources combined, curingher shouldn’t be a problem.”
Staring at the banner, Levi found it incredibly laughable. A petition? They might as well start a riot. Justbecause they have the numbers, these people think they can tell me what to do?
“Take a good look at all the signatures, Levi!”

“We hope that this serves as a reminder to you, so take a good, hard look.”
The people persistently continued to persuade Levi.

Weunderstand if you want to keep some because of your daughter’s situation, but we still think it’s bestthat you hand them all over. Secondly, we’d like you to tell us where and how you get your resources.Thirdly, we want you to take down the bounty right away. We can’t waste any more resources on yourdaughter, and we certainly can’t have them going to our enemies,” explained the leader before turningto his supporters. “What do you guys think? Is that fair?”
“Yes!” shouted the people unanimously in response.
“Le— I mean, Crown King. This is the voice of the people you just heard, and it represents the entireErudia. Surely you don’t want to disappoint them?” asked the leader rhetorically.
