In the Holy Pond, Jared continued to descend. With the fire sacred bead inside him, Jared was fine
even without using his demonic fire!

Only then did Jared snap back to reality from that endless solitude!
“Mr. Chance, your consciousness was trapped, constantly floating without movement…” Faiyar spoke
to Jared!
“What? I didn’t move at all?” Jared’s face was filled with astonishment. He had thought all along that he
was continuously diving deeper!
“You didn’t move. The atmosphere within this Holy Pond felt incredibly strange. Mr. Chance, you should
be extra cautious.” Faiyar reminded Jared!
At that point, Jared was breaking out in a cold sweat from shock. If it hadn’t been for Faiyar waking him
up, he feared he might have been left drifting there forever. That would have been truly terrifying!
Jared quickly snapped to alertness, then held his breath and focused, continuously diving deeper!
Soon, silt appeared before Jared, indicating that he had reached the bottom of the pond!
When Jared’s feet touched the bottom of the pool, he finally felt a sense of solidity within his heart!
Jared looked around and noticed a glow not far away!
Gazing at the glowing orb, Jared felt a surge of joy within him. How wonderful it would be if there were
treasures at the bottom of the pond!
Jared slowly walked toward the light!
After Jared approached, he discovered that it was a piece of emerald radiating light!
Moreover, around the emerald, there was a light curtain enveloping it!
The emerald, about the size of a palm, emitted a very peculiar aura!
Just as Jared reached out to pick up the emerald, his palm passed through the light curtain, and the
jade suddenly emitted a dazzling golden light!
Within the golden light, the silhouette of a man gradually emerged!
“How dare you pry into my Savior Stone…” The man’s face was icy cold, his gaze chilling as he lookednovelbin
at Jared.
His voice, resonating like a large bell, momentarily stunned Jared!
Jared hastily withdrew his hand, silently observing the man, his eyes filled with greed.
“Savior Stone? Could this be a celestial gem?” Jared asked the man!
“Hmph, why does a First Level Tribulator cultivator like you ask so many questions? This is a celestial
gem, but it’s useless to you. Wait until you ascend to immortality, then come back…” The man’s eyes
were filled with contempt!
Feeling the man’s contemptuous gaze, Jared let out a cold chuckle. “You’re nothing more than a soul
remnant now, not even worthy of being called that. You’re just a lingering regret. You looked down on
me, but if I take the Savior Stone, what can you possibly do to me?”
Jared was not afraid of that man. For all he knew, that fellow might have been long gone, leaving
behind only a trace of regret to frighten people!
Jared would not be easily intimidated by him!
Jared reached out with one hand, completely disregarding the man.
Astonishingly, Jared’s hand had actually pierced straight through the man’s body!
“Uninformed child, you are doomed…” The man’s furious roar was accompanied by the eruption of the
Savior Stone, radiating ten thousand rays of brilliance!
The multitude of light beams resembled innumerable sharp swords, all aimed directly at Jared!
