“Thank you, mister,” Evangeline replied as she knelt before him. “In the meantime, you will have toassume the identity of my friend so that no one else will know about this.”

Evangeline flashed him a smile as she shook his hand. “My name is Evangeline. It’s a pleasure tomake your acquaintance, Mr. Flaxseed-”
